Typically, I order all supplements online via bodybuilding.com, vitamin shoppe, or another mainstream supplement provider. However, I had stumbled across Ruesco a few weeks back and decided to give them a chance. I placed an order for a few pre-workout products and to my delight, they kicked out tracking information almost immediately! Unfortunately, with the virus pandemic, the package ended up "lost" when in transit with USPS.... I spent hours with USPS customer service just going around in circles. I spent 10 minutes with Ruesco Customer Service and boom, they had replacement items out to me almost immediately. Eventually the original shipment did arrive and per our agreement I did pay for them, but the customer service I experienced with Ruesco was unparalleled. I spent 60+ dollars to receive a container of AREZ1 preworkout. It arrived unsealed and in one solid chunk, it smelled WEIRD. like old fish mixed with lab chemicals. I immediately contacted their customer service department, which told me it was "perfectly safe" and I should just use an open, contaminated, possibly spoiled supplement product. I repeatedly asked for a refund, a replacement or some type of corrective action to be taken but the CS agent said "I would recommend you try it as I can assure you it's not spoiled.If it's no good I'll give you a 10% discount". You want me to RISK MY LIFE for the chance of getting a few dollars back?!! Can you say lawsuit? I was shocked and appalled at this treatment. Still no refund to this day. If I could 0 stars I would to this company. Seems they like to pocket people's money when the package is lost by the Delivery service. They need to stop acting like female dogs and man up and send them refunds! I've already sent my complaint to the BBB now just waiting to hear back from them. Never again will I order from here! My regular online co. had runout of my current preworkout so I had to shop around and found these guys. 10 to 20 percent higher than everyone and you pay shipping. So my preworkout cost almost 70$$$$ with shipping. Package never showed they just keep telling me wait another week. No help from C.S. First time every ordering from this Co. My order came damaged in the mail. My preworkout lid was cracked all the way around the lid and over 25% of the bottle spilled out into the delivery bag. Took pictures and emailed Customer Service showing them exactly how the bag came and looked after I opened it. Requested a replacement. Never in their policy on their website did it say you have to return the item damaged to receive a replacement or refund. They actually asked me if I wanted to keep the product to use after it was spilled in the bag and they would give me a 25% refund. I advised no I would not be using a product damaged and opened in shipment. The last email notification I told the CO that I threw away the bag with the product inside because it was a huge mess. Not one word after that. 19 days later I am wondering why I haven't received a replacement of my damaged product only to be hit with horrible customer service and told that because of my negative review the conversation is over. What type of business does this. Your product, you shipped came damaged and could not be used at all. But you offer no recourse with your false advertising. I will stick with BodyBuilding.com for all my supplement orders as they have a great reputation, great customer service and stand by their customers! Unlike this CO.
