Been very disappointed in the steady decline in the last year and a half, equipment quality/ lack of repairs, cleanliness is questionable at most times. also the decline in prizes and prize pay out. ruckers has made my child angry/sad many time in the last year to the point I rarely go there for fun. now that you need to show a clean test within 72 hours or a passport to disappoint your child is enough for me, I will not be contributing to this establishment anymore. disappointing kids and assisting in the removal of the rights of the People of Canada. read more

Great place for kids with different activities and games. It has a great parking lot. Definitely will go there once in a week

An older man, assumed it was the manager, was very rude. We just wanted to let him know machine was broken and it was eating coins. I never asked for the coins back yet he accused me of lying about the number of coins and lectured me on how to count properly. When they were fixing the machine a bunch of coins fell out and my boyfriend was simply helping the worker fixing it clean them up and put them back into the machine, the older man (manager) glared angrily at my boyfriend for helping. This is suppose to be a family friendly recreational center. We were very displeased with this mans attitude!!! read more

This place is always a good time for both kids and adults. They have plenty of games that can be fun for kids and adults too! It can get pretty pricey and those tokens seem to disappear very quickly. Also, the employees never seem overly pleased to see you and would rather be elsewhere, which accounts for the lower star rating here. read more
