I feel that his efforts to make adjustments, whether with an activator (or manually, upon permission) uses the right amount of force: not too much, and not too little. #2 - He is funny. He won't sell you fancy elixirs, salt water rinses, electroshock therapy, or other (what I consider) zany health concepts..
