We visited the restaurant on a Wednesday evening, and it was fairly quiet, however the gentleman that greeted us was incredibly rude and made us feel very unwelcome. We had a pram with us, and this was instantly an issue - they eventually found room for us however. Service was incredibly slow, meaning that we were sat for a very long time between courses. After one main each (considering it is a buffet) they removed our menus from our table! Some of the food did not appear to be cooked, would definitely not recommend the lamb. The gentleman at the front of the bar was very rude and made us feel very unwelcome. Not only was he impolite when delivering us food, he was also rude when we were paying the bill and made us seem like a nuisance for wanting to split the bill - it was only splitting it in half! My friend who ate with us also felt the need to clean the floor by hand after we ate after the looks we received from various members of staff as some pieces of toast were dropped by her baby. Overall we had a very disappointing and incredibly uncomfortable meal, that I would not wish on anyone. Do not recommend this restaurant - there are more reasonably priced buffets in city centre where you are treated far more politely, and where the food is cooked! read more

Always good. All you can eat menu offers choices of starters and main courses based upon how many are in your party. Additional dishes may be added once you have eaten the first selection. Far better than a buffet with each dish being cooked at the time not going dry under a lamp. read more

We really like the staff inside and setup, so it was very disappointing to get both of our meals tasteless and bland. This hasn't been the first time so we won't be going back. My beef green peppers and Black bean sauce was not even in Black bean sauce. read more

This traditional Chinese restaurant offers very good food at reasonable prices. Try the midweek special for all you can eat (£12.95 July 2009), freshly cooked food with full table service- special menu applies for this offer but there's plenty of choice and we sometimes don't get past the starters. Fully licenced, but drink prices don't match the value of the food so if your thirsty try one a the local pubs before/after/both! read more
