We came to the shop to get some rings re-sized. We were given a quote that seemed reasonable for…read moregood quality diamond rings and were were told that the price may be a little bit higher when the jeweller looks at it properly. So we paid the price of the initial quote and waited to hear from the shop When we next contacted to store regarding the quote the jeweller had supposedly assessed the rings and quoted a ridiculously higher price, almost triple the original amount, to complete the work. We decided to cancel everything and take the work to the jeweller who created the rings in the first place. When we returned to the store to claim our deposit and rings we were talking to a junior associate who was processing the refund without issue. The manager noticed then noticed us an proceeded to question our decision and then literally yell at us. We had our young daughter with us at the time and she was upset about the experience for days afterward. The managers behavioir was unprofessional to say the least. We have since received another quote for the work that is much more reasonable.

As well as what look to be handmade necklaces and earrings, there is also a wide selection of natural stones and crystals that are absolutely gorgeous. They have some that would look great as ornaments and others that have a little loop attached so that they could be hung on a chain for a necklace or bracelet. The shop itself is quite small but there are a lot of great pieces in there. I really liked the range of necklaces as there was a wide variety in both design and price. The staff her are also very helpful and happy to help or let you browse - they are not pushy in any way.
