Exactly what you'd expect if you've ever been to a Ruby Tuesday's. Went here for dinner with my boss and the owner of our company last night. Nah, not awkward at all. But, I'm the new guy and I definitely like free food so what the hell. Owner likes everyone to know he has money so we got a ton of appetizers, the salad bar and an entree each. Salad bar was great. It has everything you could imagine. Managed to stuff salad, ham, tomatoes, corn, green peas, broccoli and some other stuff on my plate. Could've finished there. The apps werw good. Combinationa of pretzels, nachos with queso, mozzarella sticks, meatballs, deviled eggs, spinach dip, you get the point. Meatballs were awesome, the rest was basically as expected. The other guys liked their salisbury steak and chicken dishes. I opted for shepherd's pie which was great but I was stuffed. Managed to nab all the leftovers on my way out per the bosses. My fiance asked me as I was leaving if I'd recommend it to a friend. She's basically a live-in Yelp quiz. I said yes while pulling out of the parking lot. 20 minutes later, sweating and praying for a restroom, I changed my mind. Still worth it because of the price. Service was great. We haven't been to Rubys in awhile. Because of the hurricane. We came in at lunchtime on Saturday. My husband and I had such a great time experience. The salad bar was so great. I like Ruby Tuesday's, but we have to drive 25 minutes to get to the nearest one, so I was grateful that my husband wanted to go with me today. We had a buy one entree get one entree of equal or less for $3 off the app, so my husband and I both got to eat the salad bar for $15.99 which makes for an affordable lunch. One word: YUCK! Close the doors on this Ruby Tuesdays. I can't believe the Lee Co Health Dept hasn't shut this place down. The floors are disgusting! My shoes were sticking with every step and and I couldn't wait to get outside to scrape the soles off on the concrete. My burger was fair, my friends chicken Parmesan and chicken on macaroni & cheese was horrible. They couldn't eat their dinner as the chicken was cooked beyond recognition and the pasta was terrible. My mom's tater tots were so hard they could take someone's eye out. Regretted getting the salad bar. I will give it a 2 on a 1-10 scale. The bathrooms are unsanitary in every way. Our waitress and the manager were very kind and attentive, and I think they'd do well to find a nicer restaurant to work at. I hate giving this review, but want to alert others to save yourself from visiting this location. read more

Not properly greeted at the door, bar was not cleaned and had dirty dishes, bar was sprayed and cleaned as we sat down with a dirty rag, spray bottle and rag remained on the bar, bar lady went outside to work on an umbrellas and came back in and never once washed her hands, one of the bar ladies had her hand wrapped in a gauze bandage, salad bar food was old and dried up, carpet was dirty and disgusting, men in the kitchen that were visible to us were drinking beer and on the phone. It was around 5 o'clock and hardly anyone in the place. I know this is hard to believe. We used to come here often but this location has gone down hill. As soon as my wife got home she had diarrhea. It was a distrusting experience and we won't be back. I'm pretty sure it will close before fall. read more

This Ruby Tuesday never seems to disappoint with any of the entrees I order, and the salad bar is great! The best part about my experience here though is the bartender/ waitress Makenzie. Her service seems to always go above and beyond and that is why I always request her as my waitress. read more

Apparently the only way to get served is I'd you're a regular bar fly. 3 people at the bar and one table. The bartender Christian refilled everyone else's drinks.. texted. Ate and still 15 minutes later not asked if i wanted to order. While I understand regulars have an established relationship with the staff... it's probably not the best to ignore local customers...that being said i will not return to this location and will recommend just about any where else at this point...i have consistently received poor service here and complaints fall on deaf ears read more

We have recently started visiting Ruby Tuesdays near Health Park in Ft. Myers. They have been offering great specials and you can't beat the prices. We normally have a drink or 2 and then order food to go. We have had excellent service in the bar area. Nate, the bartender, has been our server and we have always had great service with him. The food is always consistent and tastes fantastic, The specials are priced lower than any restaurants I have been to. They have a great endless salad bar which is also reasonably priced. You can add it to your meal for a nominal fee. Check the specials before you go! If you sit at the bar, I would recommend having Nate as your server! We will be back. read more

Ruby Tuesday's has a nice menu with some interesting choices. We started going there because they have a creamy mashed cauliflower side dish that we could eat instead of potatoes-- good if you are on a plan that avoids carbs. The ribs I had once were very good, and the burgers are great! We will definitely go back again. However, I should mention that my wife found a fly in her fries on one occasion. She's pretty sensitive to that kind of thing, so we couldn't go to Ruby Tuesday's for 2-3 years after that. Hasn't happened since! read more

We walked in to the lobby and a man was at the desk looking down and working on computer. He never looked up to greet us. After 3-4 minutes we said hello and he looked up and said "how many?" Never said hello. He took us to an area and sit wherever you want. I went to use the restroom and it the main area as well as the stalls were filthy. Floor had dead bugs. The waiter was pleasant, took our drink order and when he delivered the drinks he said sorry we don't have straws. There were 3 of us and each meal was delivered separately. Ribs have very little meat on them As we looked around we noticed that all the wood is deteriorating and dirty. We have many options for restaurants and we will not return here. Went here for dinner yesterday. The place looks a little old inside, but the service in there was great. They put us in a booth like we asked and the waitress was super friendly. She gave us all kind of recommendations. I had the salad bar for my dinner and it was super fresh with even pasta salad, sweet broccoli salad, and couple of others. They also had lots of salad dressings. We ordered the Avocado grilled chicken burger which was made well. For a corporate chain, this is really a rather nice place with a varied menu. We had the Buffalo Shrimp Quesadilla and Chicken Piccata, substituting creamy cauliflower (delicious!) for the broccoli. With the salad bar add-on, there was more than enough to eat and we took home enough for another meal. The food was good and the service was excellent. We just may return! read more

Not their most shining night! Salad bar was a disaster, half the containers empty, food spilled all over, salad dressings with food in them. My avocado turkey burger had no avocado, opps sorry we are out of avocado! Might have been nice to know when I ordered! Granddaughters steak came out well done when she ordered rare so we waited for a whole new meal to come out. This is the second time I've been cheated by Ruby Tuesday. The first time I ordered delivery and received all the confirming numbers. The order was 30 mins late and so I called. They had just received the order which was placed and confirmed more than an hour earlier. We're sorry there was a mix up and uber canceled the pick up because it wasn't ready. I had to go pick up my order which was cold and I'd already tipped the driver. Just now I received my order which was missing half the items. Ordered Salmon salad. Received a piece of salmon with no salad. Ordered a ruby relaxer..no relaxer. Ordered cole slaw...no cole slaw. Called. I have been on hold now for 15 minutes while they check on it. I will NEVER use delivery nor patronize Ruby's again. Still on hold! read more

This is our go-to place when we don't feel like cooking. The salad bar is the best in town and the special deals are great. However, yesterday they had a one day special and when we arrived there was no space in the parking lot and the wait was so long that we went down to the Sunflower Cafe. I typically make a pit-stop here every 6-months or so and I've never been disappointed. Waitresses are always super attentive and Ruby Tuesday's new Garden Bar is great for anyone looking for something fresh and filling--go back for 2nd's or 3rd's and try one of their many different pasta salads! The salad bar features 55 ingredients and varies between $3.99 to $11.99 depending when paired with an entree, lunch special or stand alone purchase. I typically hang out after the check and watch the end of a game and browse the internet thanks to their free wifi. Everyone's laid back so they're not pushing you on the door as soon as they give back your receipt, which is appreciated! The only gripe here is that the entire restaurant is in desperate need of new carpeting, it's really dingy and has some stains. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, but have always been drawn to Ruby Tuesdays for their fresh garden bar. I decided to write a review on this specific location b/c they really stood out for the quality of food, service, and cleanliness. We've been here several times, and get the garden bar with some healthy protein/steamed veggies on the side. Food is always fresh, garden bar is always full and tidy, and the wait staff is always friendly. And we certainly don't complain when the bill comes. I can't speak for much of the menu b/c we wouldn't eat a lot of it because of the meal plans we're on. However, I've found a lot of other restaurants around here to be bad chains with less than quality service and food, or Mom and Pops that overcharge and don't give you the quality food for the prices. The Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla was good - right amount of kick to it, but I did find it a little messy. The dipping sauces were perfectly paired. Mini sliders - Buffalo Chicken: again, right kick, but the pickle on the sandwich threw it off. Not a good pairing.
