Zoe is a larger dog who can become nervous and a little snappy at the vet, and unfortunately, I've had experiences elsewhere where the staff seemed afraid of him or immediately wanted to sedate him. My experience at Stone Ridge was completely different. Dr. Ashley Maul and the team were patient, gentle, confident, and caring with Zoe. They didn't judge him because of his size or breed, and they took the time to work with him in a way that made both Zoe and me feel comfortable. For the first time in a long time, I wasn't nervous taking him to the vet. That alone meant so much to me.
Man-Man was seen by Tracie Roberts, and once again, the care was wonderful. Brandi, the technician, was also amazing, and honestly, everyone we encountered was friendly, patient, and professional.
Yes, we discussed pricing, and there may be lower-cost options elsewhere, but I truly believe you get what you pay for. The level of attention, patience, and quality of care my boys received was worth it to me.
Finding a veterinary team that I trust with both of my boys--especially Zoe--is a HUGE relief. I am so thankful I found Stone Ridge Animal Hospital.
