Horrible. Like cattle herders in there. Did not take care of anything. Minimal care . Took my X-rays elsewhere. Poor.

sadly they cancel appointments with out notice they have done this numerous of times , no call backs for ortho or dental when there is a emergency no one to talk to you always go through a answering service. horrible customer service office closes with out notification. if your looking for your kids or your self care do your self a huge favor go else where avoid this place with all cost pain and aggravation. read more

Always slow always long waiting times. I got confirmation text and sent confirmation back. I showed up on time for appointment, after taking off work pulling daughter out of school only to be told my appointment was at 2:30 not the 2:45 that I was scheduled and confirmed through text and couldn't be seen and had to reschedule. lost my daughters drivers liscense and insurance card. they looked for 5 min and said oh sorry we can't find it but we know we had it.

First time I went in I got an xray an was told my tooth has to be cut out of my mouth by an oral surgeon, they gave me antibiotics 2 weeks ago. Now the infection has worsened in my mouth and I still can't get ahold of the office, nor can they even tell me when the oral surgeon will be in. They put me on a "waiting list". The infection has gotten worse to the point I have an abscess underneath the tooth!! A still nobody can answer the phone a see me when I need to be seen. the staff just seemed to rush my concerns and not really listen to me. read more

I won't go back! First when I was taken back to get X-rays there was a gentleman in the X-ray chair when he left the lady didn't even bother to disinfect the chair( disgusting) first red flag, the dentist didn't do nothing she was in there less than 10 mins (ridiculous)Then to be told I'd have to wait til September just to get my tooth pulled is unacceptable! This office never answers the phone, and the call center act like they don't know what they are doing and they are no help at all!! The Dollar Tree of Dental I have sat quietly and observed these things about Doody Dental... 1. Ridiculous wait times. Show up early and still wait well past your scheduled appointment time. Sure, I don't have anything better to do. 2. Rude Doctors that may or may not listen to you between belittling staff. Staff have been OK despite the unfortunate circumstances in which they find themselves. 3. Increasingly out there appointment times. I'd love to get a dental/ortho plan completed before I'm in the grave. Over a course of 10 months these things have gotten worse. They have not improved. Don't waste your time, money or your dental health at this two bit dental sweat shop. read more

My experience with Ruby Dental has been absolutely awful. I haven't been seen in several months because they continue to cancel every single appointment I've had. My braces were scheduled to come off and I'm still in them because I have yet to see them. I've called several times to ask for bands and they've always been out. How am I supposed to have bands that last a month and then run out because I haven't been seen in over 3 months, and when I ask for more you're out. Just doesn't make sense. Not happy. Will definitely be switching offices. read more

On 4/1/19 I took my 4 year old son for his regular cleaning. He has been a handful of times (when it was Kool Smiles) so he knows what to expect and is pretty good for a child his age. This was our first and last experience with Ruby Dental. The hygienist Joshua was extremely rude to my son. I let the front desk know about exactly how he was rude and why I would never be back. And to take my number off that call list that calls to harass people to schedule a appointment. I was expecting a call back from the office manager to let him know about his hygienist Joshua. However I have not received one. I will be calling Monday to speak with them myself. I hope Joshua chooses a more fitting career for him because working with children and families is not his cup of tea! read more

Previously Kool Smiles (which we LOVED) and kept the same wonderful doctors and staff. The team is clearly trying to embrace the new corporate changes but it's the caring hygienists and skillful doctors that make this a great dental clinic. We've been with this professional team for 3+ years and have been very happy at each one of our biannual appointments. read more

Horrible place to go. Please do not take your kids there. They have cut my daughter's gums twice while cleaning her teeth and gave her infection. They haven't been adjusting her braces and she has already had them on for 3 years and trying to say she needs another year. They are very rude especially the orthodontist. They don't listen to you at all. They also make appointments and then close and don't tell you,so you waste your trip there. read more

Horrible! Told us we couldn't go back with our 7 yr old son. 10 mins later I look through the window and he's in a chair completely alone with a funny look on his face. Took 10 more for anyone to even come back to him. I go to him to find out he had to pee the entire time and had no idea where to go or who to ask. None of this includes the two prior visits we made while they had the same staff and business under the different name Kool Smiles where twice they made us an appt on their main business line but then the actual office had no idea he was coming and we had to take him back to school. Or when they told us one filling would take 6 different visits when we got it done in 2 at a better office. No sitting chairs available in room where we go over treatment. This practice is very unprofessional, from the receptionist (who was wearing a see through t-shirt with a black bra) to the dental staff. I could bore you with the details of the poor/incorrect treatment from the dentist that ended in a tooth abscess, but suffice it to say that the staff is overworked and undertrained. I have commercial dental insurance, and when I complained to the office manager about the lack of professionalism, she apologized saying, "well we deal mostly with medicaid patients." So what? If you're on medicaid you don't deserve professional treatment and a dentist who is skilled? I was appalled by the entire workings of this practice. read more

Please do NOT bring your children here!! They will schedule 10 children at once! My appointment was at 2pm and I went to the front at 230 asking why haven't my children been called yet. the lady behind the counter looked surprised and went to the back, she came back out saying it will be about her 20 minutes! So I asked why are y'all scheduling multiple children at once! She was like I agree! NO that's not the correct answer!! The play area is a law suit waiting to happen! They have big kids running our little children. It's unorganized and I see why Kool smiles was sued!! read more

My experience with them with my 17 year old son was absolutely awful! Not only did we feel like just another number through a drive thru, but the dr and staff were in such a rush to take his wisdom teeth out and they had a horrible bedside manner. They took him to a small room in the very back past all the kids chairs and play area in an office not geared for procedures like this. The environment doesn't fit the procedure at all. When a kid goes in for a procedure like having all 4 wisdom teeth out and has never had a shot in the mouth, the dr, staff and environment should be welcoming and warm. He was put in the chair and the nitrous gas was almost immediately turned on before I had a chance to even meet and speak with the dr. He asked if I had questions and I stated my concern about him having fainting episodes when in pain or extremely nervous it was disregarded and I was told he would just be laid back in the chair more to prevent that. The assistant (not even sure if she had a degree or experienced) shoved 4 cotton swabs with numbing gel in his mouth and left them there. The dr mentioned the shots and my son became very nervous and when he started asking questions, the assistant shoved a bite block in his mouth and started with shots while holding him down. When my son started screaming in pain and was asking for a minute, they only told him they needed to get it done and the quicker the better. I asked the dr if he could be a little more gentle and he said, "it's a shot, it's gonna hurt and be uncomfortable". He received around 20 sticks with the shots and was shaking tremendously. When they finished and I was able to get him calmed down, I had to go to the waiting room, which he didn't want me to leave him. I went out and about 15 minutes later, he came walking out into the waiting room with the assistant looking completely terrified. I was handed a bag with an ice pack and gauze and instructions and told to make sure he starts saltwater rinses the next day and that his meds are at the pharmacy and to call with questions. Once we left, my son said that while in the back they told him to raise his left hand if he feels anything or needs anything. He said he raised it several times and was told to put his hand down. One of the times he raised it was when he felt the dr crushing one of his teeth and pulling it from the top by using almost all his weight. He said he started screaming and they refused to stop. This was completely barbaric and unacceptable. There is no way that he should have been in and out of there in an hour after having 4 wisdom teeth taken out. He was just another number and received no compassion or anything. I am beyond upset that my child had to go through such a horrible experience and I will make sure people know, as well as our insurance company and our referring dental office, that they aren't fit to be able to do procedures on a rat, much less a human. read more
