Attended a lovely wedding ceremony and reception at this venue. The staff were very professional and happy to serve the wedding family. The venue is really gorgeous inside. The high ceilings and all areas were tastefully decorated. The wedding room was very bright. The seating was comfortable. After the wedding, there was a cocktail reception outside while they prepared the rest of the event. I would say this took longer than expected but it could be that the wedding party was off taking photos. On this occasion it wasn't too hot but if more than 85 degrees than maybe an issue. Once allowed to enter dinner reception it was setup beautifully. The bar area accommodated a Photo Booth area as well. For food we had baked chicken, yams, Mac & Cheese, greens and cornbread. Dinner was delicious and I had no complaints on the food. Also like that they had hot sauce and salt/pepper easily accessible. The servers did a good job and bringing around sweet tea and lemonade. Overall a fantastic experience. Lots of detail was put into making this a special experience for the Oliver family. I would give it 4.5 stars. Only downside was small parking lot, only 2 bathrooms and timing of event felt slow. Not sure if DJ was apart of wedding venue but the music was horribly loud during the wedding and at times it was hard to hear. read more

I had my mom'a memorial luncheon today. The service was on point, the vibe was on point, the vision I had for the room went way beyond what I had set in my mind. The food was delicious and most importantly it was hot. if you are looking for place to host an even, you need to check out Infinity. if I could I would give them 10 stars. Wow! I never expected such an upscale venue to be located in a strip mall. Yes. This place is located on the end of a strip mall. I was invited here and the service was excellent. It was so beautifully decorated that I felt like I was at a wedding instead of a baby shower. This place has event planning mastered perfectly. read more

I had my 40th birthday celebration in January at this lovely venue. It was booked last minute and I was grateful for they were able to accommodate me. Everyone that attended had a blast. The decorations were beautiful and the food was delicious. We opted to utilize one of their dj's and he did a really good job. The place is new, clean, beautifully decorated and provides a warm inviting environment for a gathering or event. Thus the two star rating. The service (plastic plates, utensils and paper napkins - handed out on one by one bases is terrible. The food is absolutely too salty and was not festive for a holiday event. However, to its credit it was hot when served. Additionally, beverages - iced tea and lemonade was lukewarm with no option for ice and also handed out on one by one in 8oz plastic cups - well after dinner started. Where were the real plates, utensils and glasses that are offered at virtually all banquet facilities?? At $60 per plate I would have expected full table service at a minimum. Water was a warm bottle of water placed on the table for each guest. No refills or other option for more water offered. Servers were someone's sons or relatives that knew NOTHING about banquet or restaurant service. Training is desperately needed or better yet, hire professional servers. There is a reason service is a profession! This business has great potential to be a premier banquet venue for the area and market it serves. However don't assume because of the area and market the offering should be subpar to any other competitors in the city. read more

This place is great! Beautiful venue with professional staff who can make dreams come true with their events. I grew up 2 miles from this place and pass it all the time going to my moms house but I had no idea it was this amazing. The decorations, the food, the cake were beautiful and delicious. As a bonus they had this Tina Turner impersonator who was perfection. She looked and sounded like Tina. All I can say is WOW! Keep doing a great job and the community will keep loving you. read more

This full-service venue is one of a kind for Chicago's southside. What a hidden gem! Mrs. Bernice is very innovative as we orchestrated my mother's 80th birthday celebration during the initial tour. I returned to Atlanta relieved and assured that everything would turn out well. The guest and I were ecstatic when we walked into this elegant white event. Everything was gorgeous, the decorations, table setup, and arrangements. Mama really enjoyed the acapella group. The FOOD was so delicious (we needed to-go plates). The communication via email, in person, and/or by phone from the very beginning with Ruby Brownstone Infinity has been nothing less than top notch from Brittany and Mrs. Bernie from beginning to end (all questions answered promptly and clear). When we first saw this place, we knew it was the one. We just celebrated our 26thWedding Anniversary. Our original date was 6/27/20 for our 25th anniversary but due to the pandemic we had to change the date to this year 7/10/21. They were very accommodating to our needs (they helped to incorporate my husband's 50th birthday within the wedding celebration). They exceeded our expectations with the life-size pictures that were displayed throughout the event, personalized gifts along with the look and feel of the bridal suite and just so many more other things that were included. Our renewal is EVERYTHING we wanted it to be and more. This is one for our books. We felt like family by the end of the event and will definitely be in touch on future endeavors. I waited to write this review when I had time to gather my thoughts so I could make sure I had EVERYTHING!!! I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! I literally cried when I saw the room! First of all, I want to thank Brittany for dealing with my crazy. At some point I'm sure I was emailing or calling her several times daily. She always replied with professionalism and fun. She calmed my rattled nerves more than once. She doesn't know it, but she's been adopted by the family and the church. I tried this place at the suggestion of my dear friend Dinavia who has often used their services. Even though I don't live far from the location, it's so indiscrete I had never noticed it. I have passed it more times than I can count and just never read the sign. When my husband and I made an appointment to view the room we instantly loved it. It was set up for a wedding reception and it was GORGEOUS!! Let me tell you that when they say full service, they mean it! We were planning my Mother's 80th birthday party, and everywhere we went they only did portions of the project. They provided the room, but not the food. Or they provided the room and food but you had to decorate yourself. All we had to do was choose what we wanted in the way of theme, colors, and food, and show up. This venue does everything from the decorating, to the food, to the invitations, to the Dj. Our only limitations were MY imagination. The food was absolutely delicious and served by a courteous and kind wait staff. That was the BEST mac and cheese I have had from a restaurant ever! I mean that. And the shrimp and grits was better than what I had in Louisiana. And my family is from Louisiana!! The sweets table was exquisite. The church ladies started snatching up candy right away! Lol!! And take home goodie bags were provided. The decorations were exactly what I had in mind but I didn't want to do myself, sophisticated and elegant. Beautiful up lighting. My mother told us to make sure we didn't embarrass her in front of her church friends, and now she's the talk of her church group!! They all want to plan events there! They even had the "run of show" planned so we didn't have to wrangle people to sit down for dinner. The DJ played exactly the right music to get the crowd jumping! I haven't seen my mother dance in over 30 years, but she danced the whole night. I had to make her 80yr old self sit down!! They were just awesome and I can't say enough about them. Absolutely AMAZING! We rented this venue for my mother in-law's repast. With needing a venue last minute, everywhere was completely booked. Rudy Brownstones Infinity understood our needs and squeezed time in for our family! From the 1st encounter, Bernie was welcoming, compassionate and professional as she assisted us with our planning. She ensured us that our event was in good hand and we didn't need to worry because she got us! Over the course of a few days, we threw many additional business request and opportunities her way and she accepted the challenge without a second thought! When I say everything she/they did was AMAZING, from decoration, to the food, to all the personal touches, to the obituaries (yes, she even did the obituaries!), and more! Bernie and family assisted our family in the most venerable times and managed to make us feel like family from the time we met! The detail and attention spent on learning our Mommy-to-be and pouring those things into various details within the decor was INCREDIBLE!!! Recently I had a event at the venue and Once I got there people where complaining that it was cold inside. My mother brought the news to the host attention and was notified that the heating system had gone out. She told us that the heating system had gone out at 1pm but we later found out that the system had gone out that morning. We did not receive a phone call, e mail ,text message nothing from the company which is absolutely unprofessional. The event I had was a baby shower just to update you on what type of event it was. So she told us that she would NOT give us any amount of our money back for the event after we asked is there anything we can do. Instead she said that the most they could do is give us two chairs to sit in to open gifts and put up some white coverings. I am disappointed because everyone in that room had to sit up there with there COATS ON trying to enjoy a baby shower. The lady did ask us if we would like to cancel the event and try and reschedule the event fir the day after thanksgiving but ALL of our guest where their already. They could of called and said that heating was down and would like to reschedule for a different day I would be ok with that but they waited till all of our guest was there and maybe 30-45 minutes into the event to let us know there was something wrong when all they had to do was make a simple phone call.
