I recall my super trying to communicate with them and had such hard time. Also they did not tell me that half the products once you purchase you can't exchange or return even if you haven't opened the box! One time I went in myself and there was a sales person on the phone and was being rude to whoever was on the other side of the phone and then he puts her on hold and starts badmouthing the person that he was talking to, I had to interrupt him as I was there to pickup the item that Ive called 100 times for and never received a response . Anyhow he was extreme impatient and rude! So aside from the first time I went in with my designer rest of my experience with them was horrible and I spent over $100,000 with them, now I'm building our cottage and I told my designer anywhere but Canaroma!
