Instead, he was open, transparent, and genuinely trustworthy. He asked thoughtful questions about what we wanted, listened to our ideas, and then walked us through options in a way that made sense. What stood out most was that he even recommended a less expensive product because it was the better fit for us. John also encouraged us to take home multiple samples, which, combined with their online visualizer tool, really helped us see how different choices would look in our home. After we decided, he came out for exact measurements, and provided a detailed estimate--down to every line item--something other companies didn't always do. The installation team - Roberto, Gui, and Fabio - was outstanding. They arrived on time daily, were respectful and extremely detail-oriented, and handled our furniture with care. While we moved the smaller items, they worked carefully around the larger pieces. Each day they cleaned up thoroughly, and left no debris behind after the project was completed. If you're serious about your flooring project and want results like ours (see pictures), give John at Red Eagle a call. He and his team will take excellent care of you. George, Dade City

We wanted to keep the tile and the cabinets but needed new countertops and backsplashes. After a number of quotes and interaction with other companies I chose Red Eagle. John, the owner, helped with picking out the tile, getting us a great discount in purchasing materials and was on the job the entire time. He didn't just drop off his guys and come back when it was finished. The install price was extraordinary. I was a little concerned that with such a reasonable price that the work would be substandard. Was I wrong. He is meticulous with his work and the work of his crew. He has an incredible eye for details with all the most up to date equipment. He wanted to make sure everything was right. Even matching up a mosaic backsplash corner so that it matched. I have a brand new kitchen for half the price of what others quoted me. He was also sure to keep the area clean and dust free. He put down special covering to protect our hard wood floors and was such a professional. The work was done timely and I am nothing but impressed. In fact, after he was done with my kitchen I immediately hired him to do an accent wall in my family room. I'm looking forward to see how that turns out. I have nothing but good things to say about John and Red Eagle.

I went to Homeadvisor.com and requested names of contractors for an 821 Sq. foot tile job. Nick Giannola came and walked in every room, saw the furniture that needed to be moved, looked at the tile, mortar and grout that I already bought and had here waiting to be installed and initially gave me a quote for $6,788! I told him I had 2 other quotes for $2,600 and Nick agreed after a phone call and lunch with his brother Tony that he would match the price and terms of the other quotes for $2,600. Nick wrote up an estimate, (leaving out the removing and replacing of the furniture even though we spoke at length about it and I even told him that a desk I have is especially heavy). Nick said he was going to have a hard time with his brother, Tony but it was better to stay busy and keep his workers working than not doing anything because they didn't have another job until the week after the following week. Nick called me after lunch with his brother, Tony and said they would do the job and they would be here at 8 am the following day. Nick and 2 others arrived to do the job 2 hours late, which he explained away by telling me that a lady he did work for previously was having trouble with the inspector because of the work they did and he had to take care of that and that is why they were so late They began by moving furniture in the master bedroom and removing the carpeting, then Tony shows up with 2 more guys. All of a sudden Tony came in to tell me that they will not move the furniture and that we need to do it. After I refused explaining that they could not change the contract that Nick and I agreed to in writing (and verbally as to the moving of the furniture) he then sent Nick in to tell me they are putting the furniture back that they moved and they are leaving! When I reminded Nick that he walked the job and saw all of the furniture to be moved and the tile to be layed he said I didn't have the material to fix the cracks in the concrete (there was no way to know that until they removed the carpeting), that I didn't have enough tile because they would have to make alot of cuts (which is untrue because I purchased 10% more than what I needed which is standard) and that the furniture was too heavy (again he saw every bit of furniture and I even told him that the desk in one of the rooms was very heavy) and said he couldn't do it anymore and they left! They just walked off! I can't think of a more unprofessional way of doing business! Basically you have two kids who took over their stepdaddy's business and don't know how to behave! Learn from what they did to me and don't hire this company. Nick's statements below are an outright lie! I am posting a pic of my actual contract and you will see that it is for $2,600 and that Nick deliberately left off the moving of the furniture and put in that I would give a 50% deposit upfront. He then distracted me by telling me that his view on the company accepting jobs rather doing nothing was different from his brother Tony's views on the matter. I should have been more careful and read the contract before I signed it but we had just discussed the terms and i had no reason to believe that he would deliberately put in and leave out terms in an effort to get one over on me! I didn't loose any money because I specifically told him I would not give any money upfront, but I suspect if I had that they would have walked off the job and kept my money as well. Don't believe him. He is a liar as well as a cheater and they are both a disgrace to their Italian heritage and should be ashamed of themselves! You are right, Nick I should have know better than to sign a contract without first reviewing it word by word but why would you deliberately leave out the moving of furniture and adding in a 50% deposit when we specifically discussed both issues and you agreed to go forward without a deposit and to move all of the furniture, except to be deliberately deceptive. If I am not telling the truth then why did you move my bedroom furniture, remove my carpeting and why didn't you collect the deposit? BECAUSE YOU ARE LIEING! You cannot do business this way and stay in business. You weren't that busy before and I suspect when everyone knows the truth you will be even less busy. I know your parents would be ashamed of the way their sons are conducting themselves if they knew! And YOU were the one who told me your stepfather started the business and that everyone in your family thought you would fail but now think you are great because you know how to get business vs your brother who doesn't understand that it is better to be working than not! I liked you when you came to do the estimate and thought you were a respectable Italian but it turns out that you are a liar, a cheater and BAD businessman!

He did a phenomenal job and I am so happy with how the whole process one. Bobs Carpet And Flooring in Wesley Chapel gets the highest recommendation and ask for Michael. He was an absolute gem.

UPDATE - READ BELOW:…read more I'm really disappointed because we had a great experience with Bob's in Wesley Chapel before. Carpet installation finished earlier today. Every room has loose edges that lift away from the subfloor and padding. Some of these areas are several feet long. Other areas in the center of the floors can be tented several inches up with a light pinch of the material between my fingers. Carpeting on the stairs is also extremely loose with several areas that area are entirely unsecured by tack strips or adhesive. This was not the case for the outgoing carpet. Both kids bedrooms have loose material, frayed edges and visible rippling/bubbling of carpet over the subfloor. It's unsightly but worst of all it's unsafe. Loose carpet on stairs is a major trip hazard and we have children. The entire job must be redone to repair the unacceptable worksmanship. It's a major inconvenience for my family and I won't be paying the balance until it's done right. I couldn't leave a message at this location because there's was no way to do so. Line just rang and rang as of 330p Tuesday afternoon 8/29. UPDATE - 9/21 Install team for the carpet RE-INSTALLATION arrived without enough carpet to properly repair all the issues the original installation team caused. GM from the store Debra M clearly told me and my wife that the "entire [carpet] would have to be replaced" to account for all the messy seams, frayed edges and loosely secured material. Today, the installer arrived with a complicated handwritten chart that detailed how to deconstruct the carpet and patch it back together so that all areas needing attention would be recovered. Only a minimal amount of new material was ordered because leadership determined it was better than replacing everything (as was explicitly discussed with me at the outset of this nightmare). The very competent installer quickly concluded the new, cheaper, solution was inappropriate and, in fact, impossible given the nature of the mistakes he was charged with fixing. In short, he did not have what he needed to get the job done because someone at Bob's had decided to cut corners and take a shot at fixing things on the cheap. They've wasted my time and theirs and will still wind up replacing all of my carpet, but heaven knows it will take weeks to months. I've contacted corporate and begun the process of escalation. My review remains 1 out of 5 stars.
