Inspected one day, fixed the next. 3) when our tub began leaking through the ceiling, he came SAME DAY and stopped leak, fixed the tub, patched and repainted the ceiling... He's always been friendly, honest, and fair in his business about what he can/will/not do, Glad to hear he's moving up toward more commercial site jobs.

He starting saying and doing things that weren't HONEST ... Like I said it started out well , but once he had to pay for MAJOR MISTAKES he got nasty and combative.... He will have an open, honest and helpful conversation with you about what can/should be done to achieve your goal without talking over your head. The work that was done for my Grammy and I was great and the cost was fair. When we're able to move to the next phase of our work, we will be calling on Gary again. We need more Gary's in the world.

The new light fixtures I asked to have installed were sticking out of the wall because the prior fixture box was not in all the way, and cement had been put around the box to cover it up. Instead of completing the installation of the new fixtures on the old poorly done box and having them stick out, we discussed it, and he suggested that he could chip out the cement, which was not a simple task, and replace the boxes with "half boxes" that I would need to purchase. In the end, he was able to put the original boxes back in properly and install the new lanterns flush with the wall. Looks really good!
