We stopped at Citrus Park Landscape Nursery because this was one of the only nurseries open on Sundays. The selection of plants is extensive; they have flowers, shrubs, edible plants, trees and supplements to help your new greens grow. There seemed to be only one woman helping the customers in the nursery (in terms of answering questions and the checkout process). She was very courteous and knowledgeable of the plants and could answer all our questions. But since there were 3-4 different sets of customers, we did have to wait our turn to be helped. This isn't an issue if you're not in a hurry. Dogs are welcome to the nursery, as I saw some customers with their dogs on a leash. There are also two large German Shepherds who free roam the nursery. Just a heads up if you are allergic or scared of large dogs (my mom is terrified of large dogs). They are very smart and calm; I got to pet one while my husband paid for our plants. We took home 6 flax plants and 3 larger red plants (I'm not sure of its name) and they are all standing wonderfully after we planted them. We will be back as we continue our garden redesign over the next few weekends.
