They called and said a ball joint should be fixed before they try. No problem, I went to pick it up to get the ball joint fixed and the woman clearly was agitated that I didn't plan on using them fix since they were pretty expensive. She blurted out that I owed them $50. No work was done and I had every intention on returning for the alignment so they wouldn't lose the business. She didn't care and claimed that the car being looked at took up "rack" time. Although completely shocked, I paid her ransom and have no intentions to return. The owner should be completely ashamed, what a complete disappointment for a so called community business - not to mention the lady was so proud of herself for charging me.

Warren's Warren is actually Wesley, and he's a hardworking,…read morehonest businessman and mechanic. If you're in the Manchester, Vermont area and need a mechanic, go to Warren's Garage. The first thing that impressed me was that Wesley answered the phone at 3:45 on a Saturday afternoon when we called to get help with our Kia Sorento. In my experience, it can be difficult to get help from a mechanic late in the day on a Saturday. After we told him that our SUV started to hesitate as we accelerated up the hill on the highway outside of Manchester, he invited us to stop by. When we got there around 4:15, he plugged his computer into the car, diagnosed the problem and, as expected, said that he couldn't do anything about fixing it until he got the necessary parts on Monday. When Monday rolled around, Wesley was able to get an after-market part from Napa Auto Parts but it would have cost $300. Wesley was appalled at how expensive it was! Instead, to save us money, he arranged for us to drive over to NY to pick up the parts from a Kia dealer (our car was drivable). Once we had the parts, Wesley installed them in about 15 minutes. And, refused to allow us to pay him for his time! In the end, the repair cost us $150 but could have cost as much as $500. Because of his integrity, Wesley chose to help us out and to not take advantage of us when he easily could have done so. He said that he didn't like that tourists in need are sometimes preyed upon and that it wasn't a practice of his to do so. As I said, when you're in the Manchester, Vermont area and need a mechanic, go to Warren's Garage and see Wesley.

Don't always get to the center of the vehicle even if it's narrow. And I wish the undercarriage had more pressure. You feel the detail of what this car wash does is amazing. And they will run you through if the center doesn't get cleaned. The undercarriage wash tends to leave a lot of sand behind. Maybe more pressure or maybe more nozzles to spray the unbidding title now. But either way, don't let that deter you.I will travel 30 miles just to use this car wash. As I am in Middlebury, Vermont. But, they also fixed (or faked) other 'problems' that we didn't ask about, for a total cost five times what we expected going in! We took our car in for an A/C recharge and oil change. Somehow they decided we needed new wheel bearings ($$$), even though we weren't having any problems. We couldn't even tell that they actually did anything. When we came to pick up our car, Boyer's had drained the battery to the point where the dash wouldn't light up. We had never had a problem starting the car prior to this. So we had to leave it there. When they replaced the battery a week later, they not only charged us the full price for the problem they had caused, they also tacked on some small charges for other 'fixes' we hadn't approved. This included new headlamps (I happen to have checked the headlamps just before bringing the car in and they were working fine then) and adding oil (I guess they forgot they had just changed the oil!)
