I have been trying to contact this company, and the numbers listed are no longer working. This company has taken money that they were not entitled to. I hope and pray that if anyone does a transaction with them, please make sure you read all the fine print as well as the contract. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company. I hope that this company will be exposed just for what they are (Exploitation) predators. If anyone has had this kind of experience with them, please comment. The worst was the end though when it was time to pay me and they did nothing but give me the run-around for over a month! Please please do not use this company as a annuity settlement funding. I was with another company who offered a lot more in return and decided to go with some one locally. I had broken promises from the start. First of they said they would do an advance then my rep Rudy said they didn't do that but on those website it says it does. Then promised I would have a check insane day of court if approved which it was. I waited til the following day and they it would be ready at 4pm I sent my mother and it still was not ready she had to wait 45 minutes for them to do one. As promised my court was on a Monday and said I would have it by Friday no later then the following Monday. Guess what no check til that Friday after almost 2 weeks later. It was supposed to be direct doposit and it wasn't they called one hour before the close that it was ready and I live on the other side of town and they are located in a traffic zone. To top it off I was short on my check $3,943.00 . I have called and left several messages and emails til this day no response or return phone calls. Not very happy with this company. If I can rate them from a 1-10 I would rate below 0 23 days later I get no check as promised only going to get $2000 because that's my May and June payment from my insurance co but not the other $3943 like promised. After they made over $25 thousand off of me. And as for the other review by Stewart that's an employee there at the company only trying to make it look good.
