We came in contact with Russell, heard he and his team did a great job. We have a two story house with vinyl cedar shakes on the second story that had faded after 20 years. We just had the roof replaced so the vinyl really needed some sprucing up too. Russell not only enthusiastically said he could help but showed up the next morning and the following day he showed up with his crew and put a fresh coat of vinyl paint on there and you'd swear we had a new house, it looks better than it ever has. Russell also asked us if we needed any other work done so we had the house pressure washed, had some painting done on some porch columns and doors, had some caulking done around some windows, it was all done in two days and we're just thrilled with the work his crew did. They were very friendly, considerate and didn't leave behind anything but very nice work. Russell and his team is great. We worked with him a few years ago on a big interior painting project (multiple rooms, kitchen cabinets) and had such a great experience that we recently had him back out to do another large interior project in our new home. We had a different crew come out this time, but both this one and the previous were wonderful - very professional and communicative, high attention to detail, and they took a lot of care to make sure to protect floors and furniture so everything was spotless when they left. Russell and the crew lead checked in with us multiple times along the project to make sure we were happy with what had been completed so far and to keep us updated. We had Russell Smith and his crew paint our kitchen cabinets + island about a week ago. We decided to go with a two tone color kitchen and they did a fantastic job. We are over the moon with the result. It took them three days to complete the job and they worked non stop. Russell's crew was very hard working, friendly and cordial. Russell gave us great advice on the colors we wanted to use and he often came by to check on how the job was evolving. We were in constant contact with him and he was super informative. My experience with Russell and the team was fantastic. I was appreciative of Russell's responsiveness to come out and look at the space the next day after he reached out to me. I decided to basically have all the interior painted in the townhouse, but all of 3 rooms. Russell was even accommodating in getting samples of paint colors as I was undecided on the color of my bedroom.
