And I think they are considered as the only London leading spy retail/wholesale shop. Spymaster is probably the best you can ever find in London, if you're looking anything that is designed and used on the purpose of Spy & Espionage activities. It feels like I'm entering another world of spies within spies, (a bit like Spooks). I think it would be funny, if I told the retail staff in here that I'm a Russian citizen and showed them a Russian passport and I'd just love to see the reaction on their faces. Nonetheless, certain customers who buy from Spymaster, would more than likely have a 'Prime Persona Element of a Walter Mitty' I have asked the retail manager of Spymaster, if they can kindly add me to their mailing list database, and unfortunately their reply was, "We would rather not have any customers' details on our system, I'm afraid to say." Mr Andrew Perkins was originally hired to install a new 17th edition dual RCD consumer; however,…read moreupon being informed by Mr Andrew Perkins that the wiring was very old and would fail within the next couple of years, he was subsequently hired in July 2014 to undertake a complete rewire of my property as well. The scope of works included installing dimmer GU10 LED lights in the lounge and kitchen and a new 17th edition dual RCD consumer unit. While it appeared that he initially started off the job well, I am afraid I cannot review his services well from my personal experience as I have no confidence in Mr Perkins' ability to undertake a full rewiring of a property honestly. It soon became apparent that he had deviated from the quote agreed and it seemed to me he rushed the work e.g. may be because he had more jobs ready to take on though I am not sure for his own personal reasons. The concerns I had about the quality of his workmanship was later confirmed via an independent NICEIC inspector at the end of July 2014, who confirmed that Mr Andrew Perkins' workmanship was classified as 'unsatisfactory'. To date we have identified the following issues: · There is no bonding to the water service pipes, despite the fact that Mr Andrew Perkins stated that there was in the certification (this omission has been confirmed by NICEIC inspectors). · There is no wiring to the main oven (therefore, the oven does not turn on and explains my initial complaint about the non-spur plugs/non-regulated switches that were installed in the kitchen). · None of the lights in the property are fire-regulated GU10 LED lights. · In the loft, the wiring is incorrect, e.g. chop-blocks, and much of the old wiring remains connected. · In several areas, the finish was very untidy. Despite the above issues, after initially attempting to certify the work via an invalid certificate e.g. the work was later certificated under the NICEIC via Quilters Electrical Services (a company that Mr Andrew Perkins uses to certify his work as he apparently works as a supervisor for Quilters). The work was certificated by Quilters Electrical Services despite the fact the property re-wire was clearly 'unsatisfactory'. Despite repeated requests for the complaint policies, neither Mr Andrew Perkins nor Quilters have provided these. Similarly, despite Mr Andrew Perkins offering a full refund for the works and costs incurred in full and final settlement for all electrical works in relation to the rewiring of my property, no attempts have since been made to refund to me the monies owed after agreeing a resolution that he failed on more than one occasion to refund me. At present, I am now complaining to the NICEIC to conduct a full and thorough investigation into this matter. I am therefore unable to rectify the electrical works via another electrician until this matter has been resolved, thereby causing me significant inconvenience in a home that I had hoped to be settling into by now. I am therefore unable to recommend Mr Andrew Perkins for any electrical work personally for myself. Finally, this has been an unnecessarily drawn out process by Mr Perkins who is also hired by Quilters to certify his work. In person he initially appeared very capable and confident, young, and a motivated individual wanting to prove himself (during the quotation), however in the end I found broken promises, false certification e.g. as it did not reflect the workmanship he carried out and I also saw another side of his personality that was less approachable when trying to discuss my concerns in person and I found personally in the end he was very difficult to deal with whenever I approached him face to face. Overall I have been placed under a lot of stress unnecessarily and though my experience has been negative, it does not necessarily mean that every person who deals with Mr Perkins would have the same experience. Regardless as such I felt the need to be open and transparent about my experience so he can improve for the future. My initial intention was to endeavour not to write a bad review, depending on the outcome of the NICEIC inspector report and Mr Perkins actions to fully refund me (which he has failed to do, even though through written letters he promised to do so). Therefore I have lost all faith in his suggested resolution to my complaint and as such will seek 3rd party advice to report his workmanship etc. Finally on "MY BUILDER" where Mr Perkins was hired he initially advertised as NICEIC approved, however since my complaint he has changed his profile, all of which I have evidenced.

They directed me to Timpson, a chain of professional shoe repair and duplication. But no luck either. It's a very special security key. Had I known about Barry Bros to begin with, I would have saved so much time going in between lunches to try and fix this issue. They are truly amazing and quick at what they do! I was in there for 10 mins and they made perfect key copies that worked! The downside is that they are more pricy then your local ma & pa shop. But if you have a busy schedule, you'll save time trying other places!
