When I attempted to contact him to discuss these issues, I had difficulty reaching him despite being given multiple phone numbers. My requests for a follow-up inspection were not fulfilled, and I was later told that he would not return because he felt threatened. I am disappointed with the workmanship, communication, and lack of follow-up service I received. I encourage anyone considering this company to do thorough research, ask for references, and carefully review all agreements before hiring.
