Many times before at other places I already had misunderstanding with hairdressers - my hair was cut either too short, aka bob, or ended up with "octopus" kinda head shape... With Salette we had no misunderstanding at all, she spoke English, I also practiced my Portuguese with her. Hair washing, head massage, gentle brush, work with scissors, hair drying and styling - everything was wonderful, with great attention to the hair curl behavior. Not much of a blablabla, that I also appreciate. Overall, really positive experience!
