We had multiple discussions about me wanting my deposit back as it was also stated in my original contract that I would get it back. Instead, he sends me a contract with no explanation and I blindly sign thinking he's doing his job correctly. I then find out weeks later after following up with him about the refund and his response was incredibly rude and unprofessional (which he has always been), that he sent me a cancellation which gave up the deposit to the seller. I will never go through them again and if you are looking for a new realtor, go somewhere else. You won't get any communication and will always feel like a nuisance.

I caught her in several untruths I was going to cancel her and get a new agent but by that time we were already too far into things and she made sure to remind me a vacant property was likely to vandalized (She seriously said that, you can't make this up).
