We had multiple discussions about me wanting my deposit back as it was also stated in my original contract that I would get it back. Instead, he sends me a contract with no explanation and I blindly sign thinking he's doing his job correctly. I then find out weeks later after following up with him about the refund and his response was incredibly rude and unprofessional (which he has always been), that he sent me a cancellation which gave up the deposit to the seller. I will never go through them again and if you are looking for a new realtor, go somewhere else. You won't get any communication and will always feel like a nuisance.

So, I looked and randomly chose a realtor with high reviews to sell my place in Fresno being that I'm from San Francisco. Just let me tell you she sounds sweet but please be aware she is working with your opposition against you (the person that is paying her). I caught her in several untruths I was going to cancel her and get a new agent but by that time we were already too far into things and she made sure to remind me a vacant property was likely to vandalized (She seriously said that, you can't make this up).
