So ask yourself before you go here and get pierced by them "Do I want to get messed up permanently or do I want to go some place where I can get my cute new piercing and not go through hell?" The lady at this shop went through my muscle and was darn near close to hitting one of my main veins in my tongue. All the owner said was "she was trying to miss the webbing". On another note, I was approached by a coworker this last week who inquired about my tattoo. She admired it from afar for the color, but up close could easily see my dismay at the way it turned out. See previous pictures. When asked where I had it done I told her Liquid Ink 2, and she would be wise to steer clear of there for ANY future work she may have done. She agreed. She told me of an instance about two weeks ago involving her cousin (we'll call her Jan) getting her ear pierced. As anyone with piercings and tattoos knows, something as minute as an ear piercing is a walk in the park. And for Jan, a seasoned vet when it comes to pain, it was just gonna be another piece of hardware to add to her collection. After her ear was marked and she felt the needle go through, she actually heard Brian mumble "Oh shit". When asked what the problem was, Brian immediately turned to Jan and told her he had messed up her piercing, but it was HER fault! He told her "you moved" which couldn't have been farther from the truth. Now these claims could easily be disputable with the "he said, she said" & typical denial.. but it was captured on VIDEO. I so terribly hope it will upload so people can see what a joke this so-called "professional" is! Brian is a geriatric has-been who clearly has some kind of vision problems these days prohibiting him from seeing the tattoos he's inking on people.. & the lopsided holes hes putting in their bodies. It's SO far beyond passed time to retire. I won't be satisfied until I drive past Liquid Ink 2 and see him out of business. So we scheduled an appointment late August to have it done. During that time I decided I wanted something different versus the flowers. My idea I wanted was well thought out on my head. I felt it would represent who Iam more than flowers. So I'm thinking I can go in and basically discuss what I my vision is in my head and Daisy would be able to sketch it up either on paper or digitally, ya know like most real artists do. But nope!! I drove all the way from Mishawaka to sit there and look at a bunch of google and Pinterest images on an iPad basically her telling me to find image pieces and she would some how put them together to create this tattoo. That entire process of having to break down what I wanted was extremely overwhelming to me. Not to mention she kept picking crap I didn't like!! I was getting increasingly frustrated. While I'm trying to explain this she proceeded to tell me she doesn't know how to draw. WHAT??!! How in the fk .. so you steal images off the internet and use editing software to make it your own?? Gtfo.. at that point I'm ready to leave. So another appointment was made for 3 weeks out. I'm supposed to go home and magically send all these photos of my vision. I thought about it and decided to eliminate the bulk of my tattoo and just do lightning. Easy right? So I send a message saying this with zero response. I waited over 24 hours and nothing. So I send another message asking if I have the right number and nothing. At this point I'm done with this unprofessional tattoo person who claims to be an artist. I cancel the appointment and ask for the $60 deposit we paid wayyyyy back in July! This deposit we were told was to hold the appointment and it would go towards the fee. We were never told it was non refundable! So daisy responded to my cancellation request in a very unprofessional manner. Telling me how I changed my mind to many times and wasted her time when she could have worked on someone else etc etc... changed my mind?? A tattoo is for LIFE and wouldn't a reputable artist know this and have better understanding? Well not this chick!! Wasted her time?? I drove from Mishawaka to Goshen with $1000 on hand in cash thinking I was getting a tattoo. We were there maybe 40 mins looking through her old iPad full of copyrighted pictures!! Give me a break chick.. I would never EVER recommend this place to anyone. She refused to refund us the $60 and isn't even a real artist! Go be a farmer Daisy!! I was also looking for a clean, professional place--because my mother also wants to get a tattoo eventually. This was far from clean or professional--at least the day I was there. Besides the loud, blasting music, I spoke with one of the artists (who I could barely hear despite standing two feet from him). He could not seem to understand that I only wanted my tattoos touched up. I think he asked me about five different times--I was just beginning to wonder if he was touched in the head-- When I saw who I presume were the other artists with two customers. The artists were holding bottles of beer and drinking. And then taking their needles to customers. I changed my mind instantly. I don't care how steady their hands are--I am not about to let someone who drinks on the job take a needle to my skin. Look guys, I don't care if you drink at home or whatever. Work is not the place for it.
