The entrance to the cash machine hasn't worked for two weeks, meaning that it continues to display a red light and no amount of card scanning will change that. You would think this would be a relatively simple fix and that they would be right on it, once the problem was pointed out to them. The machines look like they're on but no one can get past the sealed door, to use them. The staff here knows absolutely nothing. They can make a deposit or withdrawal for you but chances are, they will just assist you in using their cash machines. If you ask them a question related to setting up accounts or anything else remotely related to banking, they will call the same customer service line that you can call yourself. If you ask them for information about one of your accounts, same thing. NoThe staff is truly without use or function. They exist to do what you can do yourself, only you can do it quicker and more efficiently. Add to this the fact that there are hardly any physical locations of Capital One left in Brooklyn and I'm three minutes from changing banks.
