Both custom shades in my son's room have had repeated issues. The chain broke a month ago, was repaired, and has already broken again--despite minimal use. This is just the latest in a series of problems. When the chain first broke, I was sent a bill that didn't include clear payment instructions. I reached out for clarification and didn't get a response, then followed up again. When I did hear back, the response was surprisingly rude and dismissive, as if I hadn't made an effort to pay--which is simply not the case. Instead of standing behind a faulty product, I was charged another $100 for the same recurring issue. Meanwhile, every other shade in my home (from other vendors) works perfectly. Between the ongoing product failures and the way I was treated as a customer, I have zero confidence in this business and would strongly caution others.
