I figured when I bring it in for a ceramic coating in a few months, they can fix the PPF. Well where do I begin. I dropped the car off 3 days ago to have the ceramic coating done. I arrive today and not one single area that I pointed out that needed the PPF to be fixed was corrected. Not one. When Efe's dad called him up because he wasn't there and I was pointing out over 10 spots min that needed to be fixed, his response was" you only pointed 4 spots out to me" my response was " and all 4 are still there". I told him to go through the car with a microscope and make sure the PPF was good. I arrived today to the same bubbling all over the front bumper, side bumpers, head lights and rear view mirrors all while being given excuses like " this is expected, the C8 front bumper is very hard, Its typical when you put film over the car that this happens". Absolutely every excuse in the book possible. Then after the father confirms there are a lot of area that are bubbling in the PPF, he tells me to bring it back to him on Saturday. So 3 times to get the PPF correct. The price changed 3 times in 5 months. Quoted me one price for the ceramic after I got the PPF done. Then another price when I dropped it off 3 days ago, and another price when I went to go pick it up today. I brought my car to a performance shop in Huntington and the first thing they asked me was if I PPF'd the car myself. That's how bad it was. They thought a complete amateur did it or I did it myself. It's cloudy out now but next sunny day I will post all the areas that have bubbles. On front of car, sides of car and even the rear view mirrors. Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a detailer and I have owned and taken care of cars meticulously for the last 30 years. You are completely out of your mind if you get your car PPF by this pace. Or just make sure you confirm your car is easy enough to do unlike my C8. As you see in these 2 pics, how bad the front was peeling. When I arrived today it was just as bad. Their excuse was that it was an oversight. Maybe for a blind person but if they consider this an oversight just imagine what else they will miss. Go to this place if you need to advertise for your company. Go to a PPF specialist if you don't drive a Honda Accord. I now have to bring this to another place to have this fixed correctly. My friend has his M4 done 2 year ago and not 1 bubble on his car. I now have to bring it to his place in Farmingdale and can only imagine what this will cost me. Also Imagine having a business charge you money to tell you the bubbles in your PPF is normal... All over your car. I will never bring my car back to this place again. Lastly they offered to fix it but I had to come back at 5pm. It was 1:30, I live 30 min away. Told me to take an Uber home and back again so no worries just another 100$ in taxis. That was also apart of their solution today as well. Look at the pictures!!! I came up there today and it looked Identical! How is that an oversight. Are you Blind!!!!! I think Ray Charles would have caught that but what do I know about PPF. People put it on their cars according to these guys to look at bubbles all over their car to protect the paint. I have done 100's of reviews. If I Could give them 0 stars I would. He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine. I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly shocked as to how amazing the exterior looks (especially because I drove across the country three times). My favorite part though, out of everything they did is my headlights. They look incredible and it made me drive home tonight so much better. I didn't realize how bad they had actually become until they fixed them! Additionally, to make things more difficult for them- My golden retriever recently turned 1 year old (so she went through her puppy and summer shedding phases) and it honestly looks like she never stepped foot in my car. Their prices truly do not reflect their customer service skills, extreme professionalism, or the effort they put into detailing. I was reluctant to spend that much initially because I'm selling my car, but I would have spent far more had I known it would shave off actual YEARS of use like it did. I will never go anywhere else to get my car detailed and I can't wait to go back with my new car in a few months!

I called a few other detailing shops before deciding on Magic Auto.  I was first interested because…read moretheir pricing was very fair.  I had spoken to a few other places who were asking way too much and touted their skills and experience but I soon realized they were going to put my car through the same process as every other car.  After speaking with Ethan and John I was able to see they are students of the craft and are open to learning about new products, and took the time to understand my concerns.  Since my car is older we wanted to make it shine while removing as little clearcoat as possible.   The headlights were also yellowing, so I asked them to use a specific process to properly restore them and prolong this from happening again.  I also had my own products I asked them to use, which we discussed and came to an agreement on how to proceed.  I am a very demanding customer, and I like to understand many details of how I am spending my hard earned cash to which John & Ethan were very accommodating.  Overall the car came out great, and I love driving it even more.  I plan to bring my other Mercedes along with my wifes Honda Pilot to get the paint polished and protected for the winter.  These guys treat your car as if their own and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Once I walked into his shop, now I want to get wild! Maybe get the entire Bumblebee Scat Pack on the flanks? Tolgen said it might take some time so I stuck with my original plan and had him do the factory rear stripes. A few hours later, I was told the work has been complete. Man.. this thing looks sick! This is now my *4th* Challenger, its a 70s throwback to me with these decals. Awesome job by Tolgin, my car now has that proper 70s throwback look. There are no bubbles or marks on the decal.
