I moved into Balmoral Village a few months after my closing date (the house was delayed several times), and I was initially very excited to move in. What a great concept, and what a lovely area to live in!
I'am very sad to report that my home was definitely not built to the highest standards Royalton Homes claims to build their homes too. The trades haves been in and out of my home since move in, fixing many many deficiencies. I feel as though everything in this build was rushed, leaving us all with less than good quality homes. I've spoken to many neighbours, who all feel the same way. It's an unfortunate situation that our homes are less than high quality, but we are still looking forward to the community we are going to build. read more
