I ordered some food from here on Just Eat a few nights ago. My order was late so I called the…read morerestaurant to find out where it was, I was told there was a delay but would be with me soon. I waited another 20 mins and called again, I was told there was a further delay and the food would be with me in another 45 minutes, at this point, I was no longer interested in waiting this long and asked to cancel the order. The person I was talking to was extremely rude, telling me I could not cancel and would have to wait. I then went onto Just Eat and cancelled the order thinking I would get a refund since the food has been delayed twice, however the this restaurant refused to refund me, saying it was due to bad weather. The weather had been glorious all day and there were no signs of any weather issues. I requested Just Eat to investigate this and sort out my refund but they were useless and unable to help me. So I paid £24 and never received anything. They didn't even refund me the delivery charge when nothing was ever delivered to me.

There is…read morelimited parking available as the street outside has double yellow lines and where it does not it is usually very busy. There is a private road adjacent to the shop where it might be easier to park should you be visiting. The shop serve pizzas and chips as well as a couple of desert dishes and cold drinks. Inside the shop it is very clean and tiled all over like an American diner. There are benches along the edge of the shop where you can sit and wait for your order but it is not a place where you can sit in to eat - it is strictly a takeaway food place. The shop opens in the evenings and you can either phone in an order or visit the shop to pick up there. The staff are efficient and take your order quickly, speaking to you in a polite manner. The pizzas are great, usually quite thick based with a typical American style about them - not much fresh, chunky ingredients but a lot of sauce and melted cheese. The chips are served as a portion in a polysterene carton and you get a reasonable amount. The chips are neither thin fries or very thick but are somewhere in the middle. To my tastebuds, the chips are the best in Bedlington! Deserts come in the same polysterene cartons and are surprisingly creamy and delicious, better quality than you might expect. Drinks are served in bottles straight from their fridges. Prices are reasonable and competitive. Overall a great pizza takeaway place in Bedlington.

Compared to the shop's closest rivals the food here is cooked in a much healthier manner with main dishes like fried rich having a moist fluffy texture rather than a greasy, hevay oily one. The dishes are always well cooked and there are also side dishes like chips available. Serving times are quick. Prices are pretty much identical to that of their nearest Chinese takeaway rivals and are reasonable with most full course dishes around £5 to £7. I love the quality of the cooking here and it's one of the best take-out places in town.
