I ordered some food from here on Just Eat a few nights ago. My order was late so I called the…read morerestaurant to find out where it was, I was told there was a delay but would be with me soon. I waited another 20 mins and called again, I was told there was a further delay and the food would be with me in another 45 minutes, at this point, I was no longer interested in waiting this long and asked to cancel the order. The person I was talking to was extremely rude, telling me I could not cancel and would have to wait. I then went onto Just Eat and cancelled the order thinking I would get a refund since the food has been delayed twice, however the this restaurant refused to refund me, saying it was due to bad weather. The weather had been glorious all day and there were no signs of any weather issues. I requested Just Eat to investigate this and sort out my refund but they were useless and unable to help me. So I paid £24 and never received anything. They didn't even refund me the delivery charge when nothing was ever delivered to me.
