We repeatedly reported the issue, but it was never resolved. When I asked for management's information and requested a refund due to the ongoing lane problems, the young employee refused to provide either. What made the situation even more upsetting is that while I was there, I personally witnessed one of the employees give a white woman a $40 refund, yet my request was denied without explanation. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and consistency in how customers are treated is unacceptable. I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Management seriously needs to address both their equipment issues and how their staff handles customer concerns. Don't waste your money or time at this establishment.
