I loved coming to Fairlane when I was a kid and running up and down the ramps. These days the only store worth visiting at this mall is Macy's and it's a fairly small location compared to the Macy's at other malls. Most of the mall is closed storefronts or cheap clothing stores. There aren't a lot of options at the food court either. It's only a matter of time until Fairlane closes down like so many other malls in the metro area.

The customer service inside isn't actually that great unless you speak Arabic, because I couldn't find someone who could speak in another language, such as English. This last visit was the first time I actually found someone who spoke English at the perfume encounter, and so I ended up buying quite a bit of the rollers, perfumes and air fresheners, with her help. Owner listed vehicle on marketplace represented himself as though he was the individual selling the…read morevehicle, we discussed price and agreed on a number knowing the vehicle needed some minor repairs and I would take care of them. Made plans to meet the following day. Prior to arriving confirmed time with owner and let him know I was heading his way, drove an hour only to be told by his brother Devaul was not the one selling the vehicle and HE didn't make any agreement with me regarding the price, then asked for another $400 before calling his fiance and then asking another $300 a total of $700 increase because he replaced the rotors. At no point in the conversation was it mentioned his brother was the one actually selling the vehicle, nor did he mention the repairs were made and the price was increased prior to making trip. I feel like the lack of communication and honesty is entirely unprofessional.
