It was pretty awesome of him to do it somewhat last minute, and I really love the photos he took. There were a couple of me that were kind of unflattering angles but I am also probably the most self-conscious woman to ever live so I probably should have mentioned that. He's really good at capturing people in the moment which I think is awesome especially for the event we had...there are lots of great photos of my friends laughing, hugging, or just chatting and looking over the raffle prizes which are great. My only regret is that he couldn't be there for the very end of the event when we were presenting the raffle prizes but that's about it. He also added a lot of special effects afterwards in photoshop which I really liked (saved me the trouble of doing it myself to auto-correct the bad lighting in the raffle room) but others might not like that sort of thing so if you hire him just tell him what kinds of photos you'd like for your proofs and whatnot.
