Just a quick and honest review. First the session a blast and I felt sexy AF. When I had the pictures taken it was amazing. The results were less than amazing. I did feel a bit like I was put on the spot during the photo reveal and had to say how much I loved them. Honestly they just looked generic. Worst part is I thought my husband would love them and I was being overly critical of pictures of myself, judging myself unfairly. After giving them to him for Valentine's day I could tell he didn't care much for them. He kept saying how great they were but his reactions were enough to confirm he thought the same about them as I did. I really wish I could leave 2.5 stars as the experience itself was fantastic, just not the results I was hoping for.

Like most of us, I have become all too familiar with the contractors that we contact for work done…read morein our home being unreliable; in many cases not even showing up. We sit around all day long waiting; only to realize that it's another "no show", and we have wasted another day just waiting. It's infuriating and disrespectful, and mostly unprofessional. However our experience with Lasting Impressions was just the opposite. From our very first day Becky along with her daughter arrived on time and actually listened to what we wanted. Our initial meeting ended with us being hopeful that we had finally found someone who actually cared about our needs. Becky's knowledge and experience was evident from start to finish. She was extremely resourceful; adding suggestions for things that we had never considered. The end result produced a beautiful, wheelchair accessible, kitchen. And without any complaints! Just imagine how surprising in this day and age to find a contractor who is honest and reliable! The entire experience was smooth sailing, Lasting Impressions is a company that we highly recommend! It is plain to see that customer service is very important.

We did a family session in October at the Botanical Gardens, and Dennis did an amazing job with us…read more Especially with our 3 year old daughter, who was cold and not feeling pictures that day. Somehow he managed to get the most amazing pictures out of her. I would recommend him to all of my friends! He did our nephew's Senior photos as well...they are also amazing. He did a more industrial setting with him and they turned out great. He worked with us to figure out the time and location that would work for everyone, and busted his butt that Saturday to get everything done.

Do not support this guy at all. Dennis, the owner of this company treats people like complete crap…read more He is apart of the issues we have going on in St.Charles county with people being completely arrogant, rude and aggressive towards others. Hes one of those guys that would probably shoot someone and road rage over damn near nothing. Dennis was cussing, yelling and being aggressive towards walmart employees one day over the summer. Calling the Walmart employees all kinds of nasty names (such as c0cksụcker) all because, his tire hadn't arrived yet to be installed on his vehicle. Walmart had to tell him they would be calling the cops if he didnt leave. An employee was recording Dennis because he acting like a clown. The whole shop was ready to give Dennis what he deserves, but they would have probably gotten fired which is why he walked away to begin with. He thinks hes a big tough guy, but yet hes soft little guy treating people in the community like that. Little did Dennis know that this would come back on his reputation and be posted to his company reviews. Do not support this clown. There are plenty of other (WAY BETTER) photographers who are actually good people, even when they dont get their way or get what they want. This guy is an amateur at best. My iPhone could take better photos than his quality anyway.

We especially like having some of the photos displayed during the reception. We were a little afraid not having a wedding planner but they helped keep everything and everyone organized. . We basically gave them free reign but they listened to all our suggestions. We got our photos in two weeks and our album arrived 4 weeks later. We basically got two $3500 photographers for less than $2500 and that included our album!
