It's one of those antique shops where every booth feels completely different, so you're constantly stopping like "wait... what is this?" in the best way. There's a really good mix of vintage, nostalgic, and just plain random finds that somehow all work together. It doesn't feel picked over or overpriced, which makes it way more fun to actually browse. I didn't buy anything this time, but I definitely could have. I also loved the little bookstore inside called The Headless Librarian. It's tucked in there and feels super cozy, like its own little hidden corner. If you're even slightly a book person, you'll get pulled in. Also, if you grew up in the 80s or 90s, be prepared to get emotionally attacked by toys you forgot existed. I found a She Ra doll and had a full moment like I ran into someone from my childhood. Super fun, low pressure place to wander around and just get out of your head for a bit. I'll definitely be back.

Well, where do I start???…read more Prices... any shoes is either $14.99 , $19.99 or more. Other thrift stores I can find shoes for $4.99 and mostly $6-$8. Exceptions for boots that go up to $15. Jewelry way overpriced. $6.99, $7,99, but mostly $8.99 fir junk, faded, ugly jewelry. In other thrift stores I pay from $1.50-$3.00 for jewelry. Also their furniture is pretty expensive...just saw a foldable guest bed for $99 (what I think should be sold at $25-$35 tops)... You get the idea... It's all for a good cause but the good cause of people who can't afford is not there. The items are overpriced for being donated to them, the selection is not that great and to me personally, the atmosphere seems changed. The table is a beast as it expands our to almost 10 ft. long and 4 ft. wide. All the leaves are stored in the table itself, which is very convenient. I also had them stain and finish the table so the entire process from ordering, building, shipping the table from Arkansas, staining and finishing the table took right at 3 months. I highly recommend The Wood Shed if you are interested in having a say in your wood furniture. You can take the raw furniture or have them finish it for you. Great selection of stains and finishes.

We purchased 4 chairs and a fire pit just before family came in for Christmas. We discovered a defect in one of the chairs (a bad weld in the base). Took the chair back to the store and Pierre exchanged the chair on the spot (Try that at another store!). We are 100% pleased with the service and product. This is the type of establishment everyone talks about wanting. Look no further, go see Pierre.
