I went in for a mani pedi and they got me seated quickly, I asked to get both of my ingrowns fixed and he proceeded to file my nail?? Then he cut half of my nail off then used nail glue to fix it. I made a comment about it and said "please just cut it off" and he went and got nail glue again and put it on BOTH of my big toes??? Then the color I got in gel which I get everywhere else, he applied the thickest layer ever and it was just horrible. I was highly dissatisfied and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever. I even tried to give the benefit of the doubt by saying what was wrong TWICE and nothing ever got fixed. read more

First of all. We scheduled an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes. Finally one person came to work on my father, however i waited 15 more minutes. Once i got my toes done, The Job was good and the lady was nice... but my finger nail acrylics. Let me mention that it was getting close to their closing time and i had been there at least 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don't know the lady's name that did my acrylics, but she got up and talked to someone else for a bit, and started rushing on my nails and doing the job pretty lousy. Once I got home that evening i noticed a chip in my nail polish. I didn't think much of it at first. But now it's 4 days later and my nails are chipping nail polish like crazy bad. It looks horrible and feels horrible. I would like an explanation or reason on why it's doing this. I don't pick at my nails either. Has anyone else had this problem? read more

This is my second time coming here, and my first time to get my nails done. I got SNS with tips, and got there around 11 o'clock. I did not leave until after 1:30. I asked for a simple coffin shaped nails, and the result was far from that. I ended up with nails that were that at the base, and barely shaped at the top. The finished product was also very thick, and chunky looking. Many of my nails are also placed crooked, or filed crooked, My hands do not match. I am not a person who gets their nails done very often, but I am very disappointed in these. It was a waste of my money. I am just going to have to go to another shop and have them fixed, which will cost even more. read more

Absolutely the best nail place in Carrollton. I've been going here for a year and a half and Cody never fails to do amazingly on my nails! My mom gets her nails done by anybody in there and she's always happy with the outcome. They do good eyebrows and pedicures. Fist time I sent there my nails were crooked. And they kept passing my off to different people to finish my nails like I was unwanted. Second time going there they refused my service. They said they had no one there to do acrylic nails. Although I seen him doing nails. What nail salon doesn't have anyone to do acrylic nails? I will never return. read more

Had come here twice before and been satisfied (not really impressed) by the service and time a set of acrylics would last. The workers are pushy about selling up charges but it's nothing you can't just shrug off and say no to. One weird thing: every time I've gone they've given me a different price for the same services (set of acrylics with a solid paint, manicure and pedicure) The last time I went on Tuesday was just terrible. I asked for rounded acrylics which ended up being uneven, too short, and almost pointed not rounded. He also sanded the nails down too far after putting on the acrylic paste making them thin brittle, so as I was doing the routine task of laundry, I broke off a piece of my thumb nail after only five days. I really hoped these would last the same 4 weeks my last two sets lasted as I'm starting a fellowship in DC tomorrow and have no time to go get another manicure before my flight, nor am I interested in paying another $60 if this is going to happen again. read more

I always go there and never had a problem until today. The guy cut 3 of my fingers and when I told him i was bleeding he said i will spray alcohol on it. I called the manager and she came out to my car and said they look pretty. She put antibiotic ointment on it. I told her I won't be back. She didn't seem to care. read more

I use to really like going to this nail place to get my eyebrows done because they use to do such a good job. They were a little more expensive than some other places I went but it wasn't much and like I said they did well. However the past two times i've gone, they have completely messed my eyebrows up. There is a huge gap in one of my eyebrows and my hair grows back super fast when I go there as opposed to anywhere else. Not worth it because they even raised their prices for an eyebrow wax. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, came with 3 friends with appointments at 11 am for mani and pedi, only 2 pedicures were finished by 11:55 and we had to be somewhere by noon. They were ridiculously understaffed having known we made appointments and were coming. They spoke almost no English and were practically yelling at us for leaving in some other language as if it was our fault. My friend sat with her feet in the water for the hour and left without having anything done. Paid a ridiculous $32 for a quick and hardly decent pedicure and we won't be coming back. read more

The basic pedi is $32.50, pretty much average for that kind of place but the service from the girl with the nose ring was horrible. Bad attitude from the start. Filled the basin with cold water, didn't do any part of the pedicure completely or correctly so I paid $32.50 for a polish change. i went in yesterday & had lucy do my nails, & the actual plastic nail that starts off the acrylic wasn't even glued completely to my nail, they were eneven & also seemed to be in a rush. i went back today, because there was a big gap between my actual nail & the acrylic seeing if they could fix it & JUSTIN redid my nails free of charge. he was a very nice man & did my nails perfectly! i think these are actually my favorite nails i've had. justin did a very great job, although the woman who did them the day before left a sore spot for my opinion on the nail salon. BUT, i WILL be going back just to have justin do my nails. read more
