I could never recommend this service enough. First of all, everything on the booking was very…read moreclear, I got the confirmation in no time, very quick and straightforward. The guys who came to do the moving were nice, lovely, attentive, polite. As soon as I pointed out some of the things were fragile, they told me: "We treat everything as fragile" and that's true! Not everything was packed properly by me but it all arrived perfectly intact. They took exactly the time I thought to load/unload, they showed to me how everything was secured in the van, then I went on the van with them to the new destination. They even wanted to place the boxes in separate areas in my new flat! No need really, it's a studio flat... All they asked for afterwards was to quickly wash their hands, I even offered them a drink (it was bloody hot and still they didn't sweat a bit!) but they kindly refused, off to the next job. Also, they asked me to go and check the van before they left, to make sure they haven't left/stolen anything. I would've paid even double for such a service!

I ordered some items from Japan and noticed that the company was sending them to my old address. I…read morecontacted FedEx, long before my package had even reached the UK, and asked them to change the delivery address. They said no problem, it would take 24-48hrs and confirmed that my package would be delivered to my new address. Well, imagine my surprise when they delivered it to my old address. I raised a case with them and they confirmed that the change of address had been requested on their system but not actioned. Now, and I nearly fell off my chair they are claiming that my request to change the address was AFTER they had already delivered I pointed out that they have the chats. I had two chats with their reps. The first was the change request and the second an escalation when they delivered to the wrong address. I know they have both chats as the agent on the second chat said he would attach the second chat to the escalation. FedEx claim that there is no way to identify the date and time of the chats, something I don't believe for a second. I'd they just read the content of the first chat, even if they can't find the date, it would be obvious from the dialogue that the chat was pre delivery. FedEx know they cocked up and are just trying to cover it up. Shame on you FedEx!

I have been trying since May to get my refund and you have been avoiding me. My shipment was in two boxes and when you go onto the FedEx website, with the weight and dimensions of my shipment, you will see that it is $462 USD to ship it from Tuesday in London arriving Friday in the USA, via international priority. However you shipped it international economy which would've been approximately $260, not even expected to arrive until Monday. You told me that by paying $462 I would receive my shipment by Friday. I have that in writing from you. So even if I had wanted it international economy, you overcharged me by $200. However I wanted it to arrive on Friday and agreed to pay $462 and then you shipped it out economy and not priority, overcharging me considerably! To further complicate things I thoroughly filled out my Customs bill of lading, which you completely disregarded. Your clerk tried to convince me not to insure it for $1000 and not to declare all of my jewelry and clothing and cosmetics or I might be charged duty. I clearly told her I wasn't worried about paying duty, I just wanted to get it by Friday and I wanted customs, if they opened my package, to see exactly what was inside the package matched what was on my customs invoice. However someone in your shop took it upon themselves to defraud customs by creating a phony customs invoice that caused my bag to be flagged and customs to contact me. The customs invoice that your clerk filled out showed that I was shipping six $5 T-shirts, $20 worth of cosmetics and a few miscellaneous items that clearly Customs wondered why I would be sending such garbage via International FedEx. Please contact me immediately. If you choose to ignore this as well as all of my other emails, I will have no choice but to involve customs and sign an affidavit that they have been defrauded by your agency and I will ask for a formal inspection of all of your customers records to see how many times you have defrauded United States customs. I will also ask FedEx UK, as well, to intervene to see how many times you have cheated FedEx customers. You know how to reach me, I have written you numerous emails since May. If you like, I will post the fraudulent customs invoice here on the yelp review prior to sending it to customs.

Mailboxes, etc. was right around the corner so it was quick and easy to get the copies I needed. I think they were about $.25 a copy for black-and-white which is usually less where I'm from but it worked out great because I got my copies and the presentation went very well. But I guess I would suggest they just try a smile in a nice greeting when somebody walks in.

This shop, which is next door to the Post Office, does what the Post Office should do but better!…read more Basically you can send anything there and they use Royal Mail and FedEx and UPS and they'll pack it for you as well. The staff all seem very knowledgeable and friendly and they also do printing. Great for handling those awkward jobs where the book of stamps in the drawer just won't do.
