If you miss the postman and he leaves you a card then Miltary Road is where you normally end up collecting from in Canterbury. OK if you have a car! Terrible PO. Incredibly rude white guy behind the desk who yelled at me that he wouldn't give me my parcel as I was missing ONE of the required documents, even though I said that I would go back and get the document. Also refused to give his name or Royal Mail employee number, and continued to yell at me even when I tried to tell him that I have family who are high up in the RM, and that one of them even got an MBE, so I knew exactly what he could and could not do. read more

Fab service open till 7.30pm in the evening,open on Sunday's,staff very quick and helpful, always have a smile on their face to welcome you a very pleasant experience,can't understand why people have to be so rude to the staff,all they have to do is read the card before leaving home,well done Canterbury. read more
