Never mind that my house is an estate house, bigger, way more amenities, has a heated floor basement, 6 zone heating, A/C, engineered hardwood floors, private backyard, in a cul de sac, and plus I just finished renovating it so it's white and grey. All granite throughout oversized garage, I could go on and on. BUT NO, THE FORMER SHOWHOME IN SECORD THAT HAS NO AMENITIES, NOT WALKING DISTANCE TO SCHOOLS OR ANYTHING, NO BASEMENT, NOTHING is listed for 522,000 so that's what mine is worth. I was astounded at this mans RUDENESS to me and his unwillingness to even come out to see my house.
