A few things that people aren't mentioning that make Rowan different: 1- the people piercing ears are all certified RNs and have training from the company on their procedures 2- everything they use is medical grade- cleaning solutions, metals, cleaning procedures, etc. 3- they have high quality choices for earrings (which yes, come at a cost) I'm disappointed that I see so many people being tough on them. We had a wonderful experience and our piercer Maddie was so sweet and walked me through the entire process, the care, etc. They were wonderful with our little one and spoiled her the entire time we were there. It is a bit pricey, but when we are talking about a lifelong piercing, I wanted quality and a good experience for my daughter and they were able to deliver this. I highly recommend coming here especially for littles!

I wasn't happy with what I bought - as beautiful as they were and when both of them at the store told me, in front of my friend that I was there with, that I could have store credit - when I came back within the 10 days I was told by both who told me this in front of someone that they never said that! Way to get someone's return business. When she returned and mentioned they lied to her and said they never said that and she witnessed them telling me this! Letting me pick out something of equal or more value (which what I chose was going to cost another $40) is good customer service but being basically lied to my face by telling me they never said it to me and then telling my friend that she never heard them tell me is the worse customer service I have ever come across. Now I'm out $145 for jewelry that isn't comfortable to wear (yet pretty) and they lost a customer and I will not be referring anyone anymore! As a matter of fact I call a few people that love jewlery and told them to forgot what I told them about Annapolis Jewelers!
