Forget drinks in the city where you end up meeting and greeting your entire facebook list, bring a couple hundred of your closest friends and family to this place. There's a separate room at the back to keep all your family's embarrassing antics hidden away, a lounging area with a main bar (with access to the pokies room), and a huge dance floor area with room for all your hired DJ equipment. They also knocked on our door "room service" and opened it without letting us respond... Lucky we weren't doing anything but who knows what was happening? Pretty disappointed with the service. Bathroom is fantastic in terms of size, balcony is beautiful but the rest needs a massive revamp. With the amount that they charge I can't understand why they don't refurbish the hotel. No internet but if you join the loyalty program you get free WiFi. I suggest you join the loyalty club! You can hear quite a bit of noise from the outside. The view of planes taking off and landing from the airport is just amazing for me! Overall the hotel is good just in need of a revamp!

She upgraded my room for free, so I got a suite on the 10th floor with a view if the beach. It was even cooler to see the airport, actually. She also came around from the country and showed me which pamphlets were useful for sightseeing. Awesome. My biggest problem is that there is no free internet. Well you can get it for free for 30 min in the lobby, but that's crazy.
