This was a most pleasurable experience here at The Royal Hotel. The scenery around the place was rather mundane, however the back terrace was a wonderland of adventure. The flowing river behind the hotel was a most pleasant sound to hear as you are chowing down on your delectable nutrients. Not to mention this place is deemed as one of the most active residents for the paranormal in Australia,which provides a great deal of history and mystery to the building.
The staff were fabulous. You could see their smile light up the pathway to the tables as they walked toward you. They greeted you with the utmost uplifting energy and were very respectful.
GOOD LORD the food was to die for. We started off with the arancini balls, the crust was so delicate yet crunchy, the filling ever so creamy and full of flavour. The squid was next level. The same reoccurring pattern with the delicate yet crunchyness. The only downside to the food was the chicken parmy and the copious amount of cheese, other then that, the chicken was juicy and tender. The chips were also very flavourful and had a nice texture. It was overall a great experience, definitely will be coming here again. read more
