The furnishings are all brand new and the appliances and kitchen immaculate. Nice to have a washer and dryer too. Located in a quiet corner of sleepy Singleton, but very close to some superb restaurants and the more bustling (and touristed) parts of the Hunter. We came at Easter and found a basket of eggs and a bottle of wine on arrival--a lovely touch.

Even hotels that charge less offer free WiFi in this day and age to charge for it and to limit it is an anachronism. VMU.
