I guess I'd have to say that the location was nice, even though it wasn't as close to the railway station as some pubs tend to be. However, as a place to grab a quiet drink, well, I probably wouldn't be putting it up there on my list of favourite pubs, particularly since the selection of beers on tap are actually rather limited. As for the atmosphere, well, it really wasn't all that great either, but still, it certainly wasn't the worst that I have been to. read more

Great food, ordered the Beef Cheek with a costly $40, however the beef was nice and tender and had melt in your mouth flavour. Service was a little slow but it was a busy night. Restaurant had great atmosphere and a uniquely modernity to it. read more

My Cat would have eaten the fish that I was served tonight. It was very dry and chewy. The chips were great, carrots a little undercooked. I managed to eat all the vegetables and left all but one small mouthful of fish on the plate and a few of the chips. No one asked "how was your meal" the plate was simply whisked away. read more
