I have cogitated for several days now but to be true to myself and my honesty,I have to say it was less than ordinary. It has been open 6 weeks and the junk thrown out in the carpark should have been an indication of standard. Then there was the entrance desk/bar where the wall was sagging with water damage and there was thick black mold that was still visible from our table. The mango Lassi was good but the food was so diabolically dreadful that after 10 minutes of deciding we really couldn't eat it, and my partner feeling suddenly really unwell, we asked for a doggy bag which duly came home to the fridge but which I later decided I really couldn't give to my dog at all. All in all a tremendous disappointment and a waste of money. 6km up the road is Chingary which has been constantly excellent for years. I really wanted this new business to be good .Sad. The Kashmiri rice with coconut tasted like the coconut was rancid. The chicken was coated with tandoori sauce from a jar and microwaved and the onion bhagies and veggie pakoras where clearly defrosted and dripping with oil. The garlic naan was almost acceptable. Sorry guys, I understand you are trying really hard to make a good business but it was shocking. read more
