Overall it was an excellent experience and I will be using Cornely Driving for all my children.

Difficult to find a patient teacher anywhere, let alone in a potentially dangerous first-time driving scenario. Simply amazing!

A Complete Waste of Time…read more I booked driving lessons with Mike over a week ago. I also confirmed with him at the beginning of the week. My 2 hour lesson was scheduled for a Thursday at 1pm and my driving exam was booked for the following Friday.  I booked Mike for exam day as well. Mike contacted me Wednesday night to confirm so I thought everything was going to be good. On the day of my driving lesson, twenty minutes before I was expecting Mike to arrive, I got a text message from a random person who I have never spoken to or  had given my information to.  They said they were from 1st Choice but I was never told about this individual by Mike who I had been communicating with for over a week. I responded, "Good Afternoon. Where's Mike?" I then got a call from Mike. Apparently, there is disorganization regarding office operations and he gave me excuse after excuse as to why he switched instructors on me without any prior notice, and he even had the audacity to ask me to move my lessons. When I initially scheduled my driving lessons with Mike I mentioned the reviews and how people said he was a great instructor so I made it very clear I wanted him as a driving instructor.  I was so incredibly disappointed 20 minutes from my driving lesson that Mike would not be my instructor. At this point, I realize this is not a person that is forthright and I decided to ask for a refund and I did get my deposit back but he kept acting like he didn't know my name and how I paid when I made that very clear. It was not a good customer service.  This was a bait and switch operation. This was my experience. You can't always believe the good reviews.
