As we got there around 5pm we weren't sure if they would be open but they already had a few tables seated. This particular restaurant doesn't take credit cards so please take cash as you would be cleaning dishes the rest of the evening and that is not how you envision your trip to Paris. Owner is very friendly and chatted about his past with us. Restaurant looks very clean different from the dingy Vietnamese restaurants I've seen. Food is very good. We started with spring rolls and wrapper is very unique, not the usual rice paper. It's crispy but retains a bit of oil. Vietnamese Pho noodle soup is al dente and tastes authentic. He was fair in how he handled the orders once we were seated, and asked in order of who entered first. I had their cascade petit for €38 and it came with 4 tiers. We were able to customize each layer and we chose steamed buns for the top layer, pork intestines for the second, grilled meat for the third, and this sour vegetable and fish broth for the last.
