Clean. But that is where it ends…read more I think France is just too far from the USA to serve Chinese food. The USA did invent Chinese food and these guys missed the mark. If they were serving Chinese Chinese food like snake and tofu and fried chicken feet - that's different. But they are trying to serve that good old American staple - Chinese Food Buffet - and this is not it. No soup? No hot and sour or wonton or egg drop. No egg rolls. No sauces like sweet and sour or pineapple. Not sure what one was to put in the chicken balls! There was a decent buffet of deserty stuff and fruit, but we were there for Chinese. Pretty much everything was void of flavor. I don't even recall seeing soy sauce anywhere. On bright spot is they did have a Mongolian style meat bar where you could pile raw meat on your plate and have the chef fry it up on a griddle with your choice of flavors and sauces. It was ok but the sauces were a lottery.
