My 4 star review was my honest rating of the business, and was not really affected by the brand selection, and I actually bumped them up from the "in between 3 and 4 stars" gray area. Having said that, I think most people shopping for musical instruments (or anything else, for that matter) would like to know if a store does not carry the major brands typically carried by other shops in their market segment. The new 3 star rating is the rounded down rating I now give them because, as a more experienced guitarist who already has higher end instruments in-hand, the shop really has nothing to offer me that would draw me in for repeat visits. The shop really is catering to entry level student musicians, which is fine, but I don't need the management messaging me every few months because they really want a 5-star review on Yelp.

I find that the private lessons are better but the half hour goes by so fast. The group lessons are an hour but if the kids aren't behaving, it takes time away from my child's progress. Their communication on the portal/email is good. I just wish the location wasn't so far and the price wasn't so much but i believe the value is worth the service they provide. Ms. Kacie has taught my daughter a lot in her vocal lessons while being highly encouraging and sweet.

I regret making my daughter continue her lessons because after a few sessions, Emily made her cry and my daughter refused to return. She calls it being "strict." However, the goal for my daughter is not to become a professional pianist, but to enjoy piano. We found a better teacher and now my daughter is not only thriving but EXCITED to go to piano class. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the quick responses and honest communication. My only suggestion is to send customers a quick email if an order is delayed. The lessons are a lot cheaper than I've found elsewhere and he teaches them right in front of you as well.
