I had…read moreto cuss out an employee who transferred me to a manager before I could finish telling her how much I despise lairs and thieves, whom I very rudely implied was a either mentally challenged or was lying because I was looking at my account as I was talking to her and could very clearly see what they had charged me. I then called my bank who confirmed they were lying and had transferred the first two charges back into my account as I was speaking to my bank. Oh, but the lady made it clear you better not have Medicaid cause "they're not accepting those patients", wow! I was recommended by the Emergency room doctor to Dr. Batish, spoke so highly of her I was so excited to start my kids with her since we just moved here from San Diego. Rudest representative that answered the phone, she has such impulsiveness to get out what she had to say she would cut keep cutting me off. Even when I informed her I had previous providers record in hand she informed me nope they had to get the records themselves. What a horrible experience to deal with ppl like that.

Not once did any of the nurses or the doctor ask about why we were there. Neither the nurses or the doctors introduced themselves. No one took any time to get to know anything about my daughter. Unsurprisingly, when the nurse did a finger stick without warning, my daughter became very upset. Neither the doctor nor the nurses did anything to comfort her or build a relationship. After going through several checks, the doctor told me to fill out part of a school physical. We weren't there for a physical. By that time, it was too late. I had to stop the doctor from running out of the room in order to talk to her about the actual purpose of the visit. Instead of sitting down to talk with me, she started making even more assumptions about my daughter. I had to explicitly tell her to write a referral for the specific thing I needed, but since she didn't ask any questions about insurance or anything, she wrote it wrong. I'm so frustrated that I don't even want to deal with them to get it corrected. Absolutely do not take your children here. We will never go back.
