However, I am making time because our experience was exceptional! Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the manager and the sales associates. Gina is the associate who stands out in my mind. She was informative and sincerely happy to assist us. Gina offered suggestions and advice without the pressure that I've felt at other jewelry stores. At times it seems like customer service, in general, has become something of the past. Not so at Rogers & Hollands. Thank you for making our experience a pleasurable one!

Although he didn't have that particular watch in stock, Gregg's love for timepieces and his knowledge of the Hamilton line got me to stick around. Before I knew it, he was showing me other watches in Hamilton's collection that were perfect for me. Normally, I wouldn't pull the trigger on an impulse purchase, preferring to do my research online, but Gregg's passion for Hamilton watches, and his focus on what I wanted out of a watch convinced me to buy. Francesca's was an easy choice because I already knew they sold a wide variety of purses. Of course I found the perfect one, it has a gold chain strap, and it's a lovely off-white color that will literally go with everything. And what's better than finding what you love, and then having it on sale?! Yup, purses were 40% off! I was in heaven. My sisters were also loving going through the absolutely astounding amount of jewelry (they have tons of every kind of jewelry item you can think of, besides belly/body piercing items). There was only one employee on duty, but that did nothing to the experience: she was quick and efficient helping multiple customers find what they were looking for and then rounding up to the front and speedily checking everyone out. Clean, organized, lots and lots and lots of items in a rather small store (but again, it does not detract in any way from the overall experience). I bought a pair of black Fenini Overalls. $189.00 price point, for an event last weekend. I was so happy. Cindy was fantastic and was the one that hung them in my dressing room for me to try. I got the overalls out of the bag the day of my event, and I noticed a big stain. it wasn't detectable in the light, but it was there. I messaged Twist. This is where it went south. I received a message that said basically that they weren't stained when I left the store. But to wash the overalls in cold, dry 10 minutes and then hang dry. I did. The stain was obviously a flaw in the fabric. I followed the instructions they gave me and the stain remained. Then the owner Trish called and told me to bring them back and that she herself would remove the stain. she made it very clear that she thought that I was lying. I returned the overalls for her to remove the stain. She couldn't. She said that she called Fenini and that they didn't have the overalls in my size. Trish also told me the owner of Fenini said that she had never seen this and that they weren't shipped to Twist that way. Indicating again that I was a liar. She apologized for all of the inconvenience. She said that she could discount the overalls for me, or give me a refund. I messaged that I would take the refund and anything else that she could offer for all of the inconvenience. I called today and I am getting a refund. Needless to say that I am mourning the loss of the beautiful products and happy, caring salespeople like Cindy. However, that being said, I cannot continue to shop here after the slap in the face from Trish. She indicated that I was a liar. When I worked in retail, the CUSTOMER always came first and was always right. I will stick with my boutique, Maggie and Me, in Michigan. Oh, and for you ladies that can't afford the price of the jewelry at Twist. They have that same jewelry in Waupaca for half the price. Shame on you Trish. I was an incredible customer.

I really appreciated how they made me feel comfortable because I was nervous walking into a jewelry store to begin with because I am young and I don't have a lot of experience with jewelry. I was given the option to pay a little bit extra to have my ring done sooner and my ring was done within hours! I will definitely be back for any of my jewelry needs in the future! Unfortunately, over the years I have experienced poor customer service here and there during my twice yearly ring checks (to maintain the warranty). More than once I have been lectured on how I should take my ring off during work, when I'm sleeping, and during meal prep, dishes, etc. I'm sorry, but by those recommendations maybe I'll get to wear my ring 20 minutes a day?? I understand they are told to say these things but please do so in a non condescending tone. Today was the worst experience yet. The store was busy and I understood I would probably have to wait. However, we stood at the counter 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. There was no "we will be right with you" or " we will help you as soon as we can". Nothing. Finally a woman asked (in a impatient tone) " do you need your ring checked". I said yes. She asked if I wanted to leave it here and come back in 10-15 minutes to pick it up. I said no, I'll wait. Then somehow magically the wait time went up to 20 minutes as she rudely stated that there are a lot of rings waiting to be cleaned ahead of me and that it'll be 20 minutes. If the tone and demeanor of the employees had been polite , it would not have been a big deal to wait. I have not felt valued as a customer and they will no longer have my business.
