They have a great selection of clothing and accessories/jewelry. I do think that their purses/cross body bags can be a bit over priced. Again, their customer service is not the greatest.. I've come to a conclusion that the majority of people who work for clothing stores are not the friendliest people. Regardless, I'm still a fan.

The prices were inflation friendly, manager was super nice and helped us navigate the store, fitting rooms were open (I know the other reviews said they weren't) and checking out was simple and easy. The real question is WHY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD HERE? Ew Come here if you are looking for BAD ATTITUDE and rude customer service! I had made a purchase but the fitting rooms were closed so I tried them on at home and came back to get another size. I have been a supporter since 2012 and a paying customer as of November 2025 when I decided that i deserve to treat myself and put myself first for once and I haven't looked back since. If an issue arises they get you taken care of as fast as possible. What sets them apart is the people. As a Latina-owned, family-run business, you can feel the love in everything they do. Casey, Joce, and Juan provide immaculate, personable service that makes you feel like more than just a customer. We've built a true community of "besties" here. I personally am a frequent shopper with cotton on and i have never received an attitude for returning items from other stores but the young girl at the register assisting us out treated my mom very poorly. Since the items we brought in were hardly worn, we had receipts, and i was familiar with the return process I was expecting everything to go smoothly. The girl was carefully inspecting the clothes and receipts for quite some time so my mom asked if there was a problem with her items, and not in a rude way, my mom was genuinely concerned she brought the wrong receipt but the girl gave my mom a condescending attitude while telling her to be patient. We were in no rush at all and her attitude took me by surprise. We brushed it off but she ended up being very short and rude to us throughout the rest of the return even after we said thankyou she said nothing while making no eye contact. I get having a bad day because I work in retail too but her attitude was completely unnecessary. I usually dont write reviews but being rude to my mom for no reason is something that doesn't sit well with me, not cool. The girl had dark eyeliner, was thin, and had a pony tail, she might've had a piercing too.
