I have to agree with the general negative verdict on this company, I'm afraid, particularly regarding the horrible customer service. I can't comment on the quality of the goods, however, as the one item I ordered I never even received! Getting in touch with them was an absolute nightmare, they never answer their phone or apparently listen to their voicemails, and it's very hard to get a response out of them by e-mail. I did finally manage to get a reply to my various e-mails in which they claimed they had shipped my item, though couldn't provide chapter and verse as to dispatch date and parcel tracking number which gave some pause for thought as to their ever having sent it in the first place. Then, after much more e-mail chasing, they finally offered to send me a replacement. After having waited in vain for several days for this second garment to arrive and having fired off a whole heap more e-mails to find out whether the second item had actually been dispatched or not, I finally lost patience with the whole darn thing and decided to cut my losses and open a dispute on PayPal. Meanwhile, I found another supplier online who was able to send me a similar garment almost straightaway with the minimum of fuss and bother. My advice to anyone considering buying from this firm therefore is simply: don't bother. They are completely flaky, will give you the runaround, and you will just be wasting your time. Roxx Online is by far my favorite place to purchase my special dresses..I have looked at MANY sites and brick and mortar locations for the items that I can purchase from their site and the other places are far more pricey.not to mention that when you purchase an item from Roxx Online it is made BY HAND!!! My dress for my wedding was and still is absolutely amazing! The beauty is that I can wear this dress to other festivities as well.Ren Faire is my next stop ;-) My newest dress is a replica of Kim's very first design. I ordered my wedding gown and bridesmaid dress from Roxx Online. The lilac bridesmaid dress was PURPLE not even near the colour even the ribbon was so dark it's nearly black .. so not lilac at all Too close to the wedding to change now Wedding dress has been taken to dressmaker to fix some flaws https://www.icloud.com/photostream/#A3G4TcsmGvpEI6 that's the bridesmaid dress I got compared to what I ordered I would not recommend Roxx unless you just want it for a fancy dress party.. nothing more important Customer service is very poor, until I was threatening action against them, I got no responses to emails or phone calls/messages.. TO START: Look them up on ebay! they are no longer a registered user and there were complaints the same as mine!!!!! Well where to begin? Prior to ordering the dress, I wrote them and asked about the return policy since there was conflicting information on the site. They emailed promptly to tell me the policy, so i placed and order. I received the dress and it was quite a bit darker than it appeared in the photo. I wanted to return it. As part of their policy, I needed to contact them prior to sending. After MULTIPLE attempts to email them, i received no reply. I rang the number on the site, there was never an answer, no voicemail, nothing. I then was forced to raise a dispute on paypal. the MErchant provided me the address to return in. I sent the parcel via An Post registered delivery, took photos of the box with the address. Of course this guy claims he never received it and further disputed it with paypal and the only proof I had was An POst saying it was delivered, but not specifically to whom. Since I couldnt provide more proof (I had PHOTOS of the box with the correct address on it!@!!!!) I was not granted a refund. SHADY SELLER!!!!!!!!! No response to returns request is a clear sign of a BAD MERCHANT. I eventually purchased TWO dresses from another retailer. They were of higher quality, very good in their communication (I sent them like a zillion emails). Dont spend your money at places that dont respect their customers. read more

After searching for MANY months online for a dress for my wedding, I always ended up back at this site. The dresses are beautiful, handmade and extremely well-priced (not to mention washable, how many people can say that about their wedding dress?). When I finally made my order, it arrived within the time frame in which it was expected (I live in Canada and had it in about 5 weeks, including the couple of weeks the website says to expect it to take them to actually make the dress) and it was even more beautiful in person. My fiancée and I were tempted to elope. :) In response to some of the comments above: there was a bit of a wait with one response to a question posed months earlier, however, working with computers myself, I know that it can take time to work bugs out of a system and that you may have to try more than once. They were pleasant and apologetic when they did get back to me and all recent emails (after the dates mentioned above) were answered well within usual business timelines. I am extremely pleased with the finished product (which is really the point of shopping, isn't it?). I cannot say enough about the dress itself. Lush, cozy to wear and just beautiful. I am a USA consumer and purchased for a Masquerade ball. I must say I am absolutely thrilled with my dress!!! It is lightweight and wearable forever! It is not bogged down with layers (that's a plus at a ball or Ren-fest) It is stitched as one which means washable (unless instructed differently) in garment bag (another plus) I have received OHMIGOODNESS its gorgeous! I LOVE IT! I want one! Thank you Roxx for my dress and the timely fashion I received it in. I have three suggestions for the future buyers 1. If you are short by natural design be sure to give measurements to Roxx in special instructions. I failed to this and had to modify a bit on the sleeves but everything else fits to a T :D 2. Once it reached USA I had no way of tracking it, so be patience- don't freak out give it a week or so. 3. You are buying with only a picture- you haven't tried on and you haven't touched it. Panne isn't Velvet and Taffeta isn't Silk unless you want to pay high dollar- Roxx is budgetable average. read more
